Amy Winehouse

Blake Fielder-Civil – who was granted a preliminary stage of divorce for the Grammy-winning star last Thursday – believes he is entitled to a multimillion settlement from Amy because he inspired much of her critically-acclaimed 2006 album Back to Black.
Amy wrote the top-selling album after Blake cheated on her with his ex-girlfriend. The pair later reconciled and married in May 2007 – without a prenup.

“Amy did write ‘Back to Black’ when Blake left her, but why on earth should he be getting a dime for making her feel so bad?” a source has revealed to News of The World.

“She was at her lowest ebb when she wrote that album. It’s like saying that the man who writes a book about his murdered wife should give the murderer some of the profits. It’s an absolutely ridiculous request.”

Amy, 25, is said to be furious over Blake’s money demands.
