Looking a bit worn down, Ashley Tisdale was spotted making her way out of her mother’s house in Los Angeles on Thursday morning (August 13).

The Disney darling strolled past awaiting paparazzi with a handful of bags, loading up her ride before driving off to take care of the day’s duties.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Tisdale was busy the previous evening putting on a show at the Americana Galleria.

Upon finishing up onstage, Tizzie was kindly escorted back home by boyfriend Scott Speer.

Continuing to keep herself busy, Ashley Tisdale was spotted out at the SIR Entertainment Studio in Hollywood on Monday (August 10).

The Disney darling was joined by a gal pal, as she took part in rehearsals for her gig at the Americana Mall.

Meanwhile, Tizzie recently revealed her inspiration behind taking up acting – Julia Roberts.

“My Best Friend’s Wedding was a big movie for me – Julia Roberts is what made me go, ‘I want to do movies for sure,'” Tisdale told press.

“I grew up in the business since I was three years old so I’ve always kind of been in front of the camera and grew up in commercials and I knew that I wanted to do it no matter what, I just loved it.”

Following a fun-filled night at the Teen Choice Awards, Ashley Tisdale was back to the daily grind in West Hollywood on Monday (August 10).

The “High School Musical” actress was spotted keeping up her tip-top shape, as she visited a local gym before delving into the day’s agenda.

In related news, Tizzie received high praise from her “Aliens in the Attic” co-star Carter Jenkins, who said that he needed his “A Game” to keep up with the Disney darling.

“Ashley is incredibly sweet and obviously she’s very famous but she’s very down-to-earth and funny,” Carter said. “She’s super funny, so much energy. She gets on the set and you can tell immediately the whole vibe is different, it was a good time with her.”

Jenkins continued, “She’s a pro definitely, she’s been around, she knows what she’s doing.”

Out for the day’s duties, Ashley Tisdale got a java pick-me-up this morning at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Toluca Lake, California.

Looking cute in her casual ensemble, the “High School Musical” hottie strutted outside with her coffee drink while chatting on her cell phone.

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old recently chatted about relationships – revealing that she’s cautious because of past experiences.

“I have definitely been cheated on. And with someone you really like, if they are cheating on you, you don’t want to believe it,” she said. “But, unfortunately, you either stay in the relationship and keep getting hurt because it keeps happening or you get up and you move on.”

Tizzie adds, “You don’t look back. That’s something that’s very empowering and I think that you should [move on] because you’ll be much happier in the long run.”

Moving up in the world, Ashley Tisdale ventured out with her father and manager to show off her new home in Los Angeles, California on Monday (July 13).

The Disney darling showed off a big smile for paparazzi as she roamed the grounds of what’s said to be her new pad as construction workers busily worked on the finishing touches.

Keeping her fans clued in on her schedule, Miss Tisdale has been tweeting throughout the day, telling, "Morning! Off to meetings…. Soooo hot today!!!"

The outing comes after a trip to the Shamrock Tattoo shop on Sunday, as Miss Tisdale got a new ink job on her back as her mother and boyfriend, Scott Speer, went along for support.

The afternoon outing follows what was a relaxing weekend for Tizzie, as she spent the long holiday spending quality time with new boyfriend Scott Speer.

Keeping herself fit and fine, Ashley Tisdale headed out for an early morning work out around Lake Hollywood on Friday (April 24).

Joined by her “They Came From Upstairs” co-star Austin Robert Butler, the “High School Musical” sweetheart was spotted rocking a pair of Alaska Tigers sweatpants, Ray Bans and toting her trusty bottle of Fiji water.

The workout outing comes just days after Tizzie was caught kissing rumored new beau, music video director Scott Speer.

Despite the appearance of a budding romance, Ashley said, “He’s a really hot, good friend of mine. I’m not in a relationship. I’m single. We have a really good, creative relationship.”

Getting ready for the release of her new album,  Ashley Tisdale was spotted filming a new video for her single “It’s Alright, It’s Okay” yesterday (March 20) in Los Angeles.

The “High School Musical” hottie looked cute as she meandered around the set, at one point walking arm-in-arm with director, Scott Speer.

In a recent interview, Tizzie told press that while she’s perfectly happy with her beau Jared Murillo, she would never consider dating another actor if they ever broke up.

Ashley said, “Some of them are just so into themselves. You fall in love with their characters. and then you realize they’re just not as sensitive.”
