Rihanna Threatening To Leak Chris Brown Nude Photos

After nude pics of R&B superstar Rihanna hit the Net with a venegence earlier this month, her “allegedly” abusive ex, crooner Chris Brown, denied any involvement in the leak. But Ri-Ri ain’t buying it – and the “Umbrella” hitmaker is threatening to release several saucy snaps of Chris in retaliation.

She even threatened to go “Left Eye” on his ass: “She was saying crazy things like, ‘I’m going to burn down his house,'” a friend of the 21-year-old tells the June 7 issue of Star of Rihanna’s reaction to finding nude images of herself plastered all over the Internet.

According to pals, once she calmed down, the singer began plotting her revenge against the man accused of beating her senseless.

`”She says she’s going to release her own photos of Chris. She has less-than-flattering nude pics of him that she plans on leaking. Rihanna says he’ll be really embarrassed,” whispers one in-house informant.

The diva is also planning to plant several humiliating stories about Chris’ sexual performance – or lack thereof – in a bid to leave her 20-year-old former flame shamefaced. Rihanna is already chuckling to friends that Chris was a clumsy novice at lovemaking until “she taught him everything he knows.”

“She’s going to ruin his sexy image.”

This week, it was revealed that Rihanna will testify against Chris Brown in a preliminary hearing last month stemming from felony charges that he assaulted her during a fight in Los Angeles last February.

Rihanna to Attend Chris Brown’s Hearing

After months of speculation, Rihanna will in fact be served with a subpoena to testify during a preliminary hearing for Chris Brown on June 22nd.

Earlier today, a judge denied Brown’s motion to look into who leaked the photo of the battered “Take a Bow” songstress to the media, saying it would be premature at this point in the trial.

At the June hearing, it will be determined whether or not there is enough evidence to mount a case against Brown, and with Rihanna’s testimony it will most likely move forward.

Brown has already pled not guilty to criminal and assault charges for an incident back in February where he allegedly threatened and beat up Rihanna, who was his then-girlfriend.

Chris Brown Breaks His Silence

May 27, 2009 Author: Admin | Filed under: Chris Brown

He’s been hiding out and laying low for the past several months until recently when Chris Brown decided to break his silence by posting a video on YouTube.

The “Kiss Kiss” singer speaks to the camera about his upcoming album saying, “I just wanna say ‘What up?’ because I ain’t been out there in a minute. New album will be coming soon,” he says. “We’re working on it right now.”

Brown continues on making a casual reference to the drama in his personal life- “Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you all. I ain’t a monster.”

Meanwhile, Brown’s case continues to stall in court as his lawyer, Mark Geragos, is seeking access to LAPD records to determine if there was police misconduct in the investigation, which could be grounds for a case dismissal.

Chris Brown’s Attorney: Looking For Dismissal

As the case of Chris Brown’s attack on Rihanna progresses, Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos has begun to unveil his strategy to get the whole thing thrown out of court.

The “Kiss Kiss” singer’s lawman’s first order of business is to attack the LAPD for leaking a photograph of Rihanna’s bruised face, as he believes it made a fair trial impossible.

Geragos stated, “I am informed and believe that this highly prejudicial photograph was sold by an LAPD officer to the entertainment website, TMZ.  The photograph was immediately viewed by hundreds of thousands of viewers and was displayed on every news channel for several weeks … The purpose of the leak was necessarily for profit and to vilify Mr. Brown and poison the potential jury pool.”

He continued, “I intend to use such evidence at the preliminary hearing to attack their credibility … I believe there is a reasonable likelihood that the case will be dismissed at the preliminary hearing.”

However, Geragos’ strategy may not be enough right off the bat.  An uninvolved lawyer told press, “It’s unlikely the judge will dismiss the case on the grounds of leaked evidence. It’s not police conduct at issue here, it’s Chris Brown’s.”

As Chris Brown readies for another court date next week, his "alleged" victim, Rihanna, is getting back to business, says her producer, Brian Kennedy Seals.

The "Umbrella" singer has been channeling her inner feelings and writing songs about "different situations in her life, just things that inspire her."

"She’s ready, ready to make hits," Seals said, adding that they’ve already worked on three songs together, including an up-tempo number and a ballad.

As for the lyrics, "We’re not quite there yet," says One Republic’s Ryan Tedder, who is also working with Rihanna, 21, as a writer and producer.

"She’s someone who has a lot to say, so I’ll let her lead whatever she wants to say."

As for how Rihanna is doing these days, Tedder says, "She’s absolutely phenomenal. She’s confident and strong and doing what she does."

What she’s also been doing lately is spending time with friends – including Katy Perry, who she hung out with in her native Barbados this week.

Perry swung by the island nation on a promo stop for her current tour.

The two sexy pop stars, clad in bathing suits, rode on jet-skis (a favorite Chris Brown pastime, as we know), kicked it on some inflatable ocean rafts, then relaxed on a boat and sunbathed on a local beach. Sounds like a blast.

"It’s nice to have good girlfriends. I pride myself on having cool chicks in my life, and [Rihanna]’s a cool chick," Perry said of her pal. "She’s one of those unaffected people. [And we’re both] of on this crazy roller coaster .

Mike Tyson said Chris Brown is just a baby

Apr 23, 2009 Author: Admin | Filed under: Chris Brown, Mike Tyson

Mike Tyson, who has a history of violence toward women, gave his expert opinion about the Chris Brown/Rihanna situation to MTV News.

Tyson said “It’s none of my business, but you know what I say about that? I understand the situation. I understand passion with young kids. My personal opinion about that is, he’s just a baby. He’s just a little baby that don’t know how to handle his emotions when it comes to a woman. And he probably hears this and thinks, ‘I know how to handle my emotions’; we all think we do. But the fact [is], you look at this person and you might be crazy in love, but we don’t know how to handle those feelings.”

He also added: “Now you’re a fly guy and a cool guy, you have this pimp mentality. You have to be hard like that. You can’t abuse them. It’s really sick what you [can] do. She has a space in your heart and you believe you care about her more than anybody in the world. Do I think it’s right to beat up a woman? No – hell no. Have I hit a woman before? Hell yeah. Was I wrong? Hell yeah. I’m a product of that environment. Do I regret ever doing that? Hell yeah. Would I do it again? Never.”

So was Tyson excusing Brown’s behavior with his immaturity.

The case of the People versus Chris Brown continues.

The musician pleaded not guilty in a Los Angeles courtroom Monday to two felony counts – assault and making criminal threats – in the alleged Feb. 8 beating of his girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown, looking solemn, wearing a black sweater, black tie and matching pants, entered the courtroom at 3:30 p.m. followed by his mother, who looked distressed but cracked a smile at a friend in the courtroom.

Asked by Judge Patricia Schnegg for his plea for both charges, Brown answered "not guilty" to each one in a barely audible voice. The judge set the next hearing for April 29.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, told the judge that "more discovery was needed" in the case, meaning that he is awaiting review of more evidence. Rihanna was not present nor required to show at the hearing.

Brown allegedly punched, choked, and threatened to kill Rihanna in a fight just hours before their scheduled performance at the Grammys, according to a search warrant affidavit.

If convicted, Brown, 19, faces probation to a maximum four years and eight months in state prison, prosecutors say.

As for Rihanna, her attorney Donald Etra told PEOPLE outside the courtroom, "Nothing’s changed with regard to Rihanna’s stance toward this case … She will testify if subpoenaed and will do everything that’s required of her to do." Currently the singer, is "doing fine," says Etra. "She’s in Barbados now with her family."

Rihanna Jet-Setting, Chris Brown Seeking Counseling

With Chris Brown due in court next week for the alleged assault on Rihanna, the singers have kept their distance from each other, with Brown quietly holed up in his hometown with family and old friends while Rihanna has hop-scotched the country in glamorous style.
Rihanna’s latest stop Friday: her native Barbados. "She’s home," the singer’s father Ronald Fenty tells PEOPLE of the singer, who was photographed at the island’s international airport wearing a long, gauzy beige dress, white sunglasses and sandals. "She is in good spirits. And she sounds great."
She’s not required to attend Brown’s arraignment Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, where Brown, 19, is expected to enter a plea to two felony counts, and her camp is shooting down reports she’s not cooperating with prosecutors. "She will do everything that the law requires her to do," her lawyer Donald Etra tells PEOPLE.
After reconciling in Miami in late February, the singers put their relationship on hold a few weeks ago. Today, "they are still taking a mutually decided-on break," a source tells PEOPLE. It’s been more than two weeks since they were last together in L.A.
Ever since, Rihanna, 21, has never been far from paparazzi lenses. After being spotted house-hunting and clubbing in L.A., she was photographed earlier this week in Honolulu sporting a new textured, bed-head hairstyle and wearing a chic blue jacket. On Thursday she was in New York, casually dressed in jeans and sunglasses and smiling for cameras after having dinner with several friends at Italian eatery Da Silvano, where a source describes her as seeming "happy – classy, polite, beautiful." Rihanna headed to Barbados on Friday morning.

Source: Rihanna Uncooperative In Chris Brown Case

Mar 30, 2009 Author: Admin | Filed under: Chris Brown, Rihanna

Nearly two months have passed since he pounded her unconscious, and now the word over the weekend out of Los Angeles is that Rihanna is not cooperating with the prosecution in the Chris Brown case, with arraignment set for April 6.

Sources say Rihanna "wants the whole thing to go away" and isn’t helping the D.A. at all as he prepares his case against Brown for allegedly beating her to a bloody pulp in the early hours of February 8, the day of the Grammy Awards.

Rihanna is angry, they say, that pictures of her bruised face were leaked to the press. She’s not happy, too, that she was quickly identified as Brown’s victim.

Despite rumors that they are sort of broken up (after reconciling after the attack), her loyalty to Brown is apparent, though some think it will backfire. Even without her testimony, prosecutors already have evidence and a statement.

Even more damaging to Rihanna, ironically, may be be the image of her as a battered woman defending her batterer, a label she’s already been tagged with.

Chris Brown1 Rihanna6

For her to endorse – implicitly by doing nothing or explicitly by trying to nix the D.A.’s case – what happened February 8 could result in her going from victim to enabler. Victims may earn public sympathy, but enablers don’t.

Even if Rihanna feels partly responsible for initiating the fight with Brown – allegedly over a booty call text from Natasha Ellie – she was still pounded senseless.

Future commercial sponsors may not see Rihanna’s as an image they want to send to young consumers if she’s viewed as interfering with the criminal prosecution of Chris Brown … or even if she’s just getting gun tattoos for that matter.

Right now a hearing is set for a week from today. At that time, Brown will likely be arraigned on aggravated assault and criminal threats charges and plead not guilty. Whether Rihanna supports those charges remains to be seen.

In other Rihanna news, rumors that have linked her with Bromance and The Hills star Frankie Delgado are false, he told People, professing that his one, true love will always be Brody Jenner. Just kidding about the second part.

Rihanna Wants Right To Remain Silent…In Court

Mar 13, 2009 Author: Admin | Filed under: Chris Brown, Rihanna

Sources connected with Chris Brown and Rihanna tell TMZ Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, wants the judge to give Rihanna a pass from testifying because of leaks in the case.

We’re told Geragos and Rihanna’s lawyer, Donald Etra, believe Rihanna was compromised when her name surfaced as the alleged victim in the beating. They claim this and other leaks violate her privacy rights and therefore she should not have to further put herself out to the public by testifying against Brown in the case.

It’s further proof Rihanna and Brown are back together and in lockstep.

Geragos asked to meet with the judge in chambers, along with the prosecutors, on March 23 to discuss letting Rihanna off the hook. Brown’s arraignment is set for April 6.
