Lindsay Lohan is going to have a family feast for Thanksgiving after all! Sources say she’ll be allowed out of the Betty Ford Rehab center for about 15 hours so she can spend Turkey Day with her dad, Michael.

According to gossip website TMZ, the Machete star will drive to her home in Los Angeles from the sober living facility she is staying at in Palm Springs to have a meal with Michael and a group of friends. She has to be back at the facility later this evening.
The Thanksgiving meal is the latest proof that Lindsay and her dad are working hard to repair their strained relationship.
The pair and the Hollywood starlet’s mother Dina recently underwent family therapy sessions at the clinic, and Michael insisted it was a very “cleansing” experience.
The showbiz patriarch – who has had a strained relationship with his actress daughter and ex-wife since their acrimonious divorce – said: "Look it was cleansing and it was productive. I don’t want to talk about Lindsay. But let me say that Dina had great parents and I had great parents and unfortunately we both lost our fathers. God rest his soul. But we are both striving to be on the same page and be good parents to Lindsay. Like we used to be – we just want to put things back in order."
Lindsay has been ordered by a Los Angeles court to stay in rehab until January 3, 2011 after she tested positive for cocaine during a random drug test in September.

Set to give rehab another try within the next two days, Lindsay Lohan is in the process of deciding the best place to get the help she so desperately needs.

While insiders tell Radar Online that the "Mean Girls" star is still in denial, she has decided to check in for treatment before her October 22nd court date on a probation violation.

According to the Radar source, LiLo is currently leaning towards going to the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, California – though no official decision has been made thus far.

In what will become her fifth go at getting professional help, the insider tells of the situation, "Lindsay is still in denial about being an addict and doesn’t realize this disease can kill her. She is in denial about the power this disease has over her. Even though she has been to jail twice in recent months, it hasn’t changed Lindsay’s underlying behavior. Lindsay is willing to get help, but she doesn’t seem to grasp the severity of her drug addiction."

Nothing has been confirmed just yet, but it sounds as if Lindsay Lohan has landed in the hot seat once again.

According to TMZ sources, the “Mean Girls” star failed one of her regular drug tests last week.

the drug test in question is, in fact, positive Ms Lohan could face up to 30 days in jail, according to the terms of her probation.

D.A. spokesperson Sandi Gibbons told TMZ her office has not been "officially notified" of the test results and no court date has been set yet.

Offering up an X-rated look at Lindsay Lohan’s time behind bars, Hustler has created a spoof of her legal troubles in a new video titled "Hustler’s Untrue Hollywood Stories: Lindsay Goes to Jail".

The "Mean Girls" star was originally sentenced to 90 days in jail but she was released after serving just 13 days of her sentence.

Miss Lohan was subsequently admitted to rehab at UCLA Medical Center to complete the second half of her sentence, which required her to enroll in a 90-day treatment program.

And while she’s since been set free, Lindsay’s prison time has not escaped the attention of Hustler Video bosses – as they’ve shot a porn parody with Scarlett Fay portraying the actress for all of the naughty viewers out there to enjoy.

She’s celebrating her early release from the inpatient rehab program at UCLA Medical Center, but Lindsay Lohan isn’t free to do whatever she pleases.

The “Georgia Rule” actress will have a strict regimen of requirements while she finishes out the remainder of her substance abuse rehabilitation in the outpatient mode.

For one, LiLo will be forced to submit to random drug and alcohol testing and if she screws up, she’ll be back in jail.

Additionally, Lindsay will have to reside at home until further notice, participate in psychotherapy a minimum of four days per week, and attend both a behavior therapy program and a 12-step program.

Having recently spent time overseas in London, Lindsay Lohan sounds as if she’s leaning towards a permanent move to the UK.

The “Mean Girls” starlet, who returned back to the States over the weekend after attending a few London Fashion Week events, tweeted of her plans, “Moving to the UK is in my near future.”

Giving her reasoning behind the desired change of scenery, LiLo explained, “Better dj’s/music and Paris is just a Chunnel away!”

The talk of heading off to live in London comes after Miss Lohan took over headlines with a new interview about her past drug use and love of ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson, who she dubbed “the only girl for her”.

Having just flown into town earlier in the day, Lindsay Lohan spent her New Year’s Eve partying it up in the beautiful St Barth locale.

Joined by a few friends, the “Mean Girls” starlet took to Gustavia harbor to partake in a shindig thrown by hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons.

Always keeping in touch with her Twitter followers, Miss Lohan was among the many celebs offering up their New Year’s blessings.

Of the ringing in of 2010, LiLo tweeted, “Wishing everyone a blessed new year in 2010! Everyone get ready for more (but positive-LOHAN MAYHEM!!!!!!!!) Thanks for all of your support!”

She’s always up to something, and last night  Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel en route to the Van Nuys airport to catch a flight to New York City.

The “Labor Pains” actress flashed a quick smile for the paparazzi as she hopped into a chauffeured car, sporting some seriously spray-tanned feet.

As for the tragic death of Brittany Murphy, LiLo took to her Twitter page to express her grief as well as honor Murphy’s memory.

Lindsay tweeted, “My deepest condolences go out to all of Brittany Murphy’s loved ones and may she rest in peace. She was a great talent w/a beautiful soul xo.”

Out promoting her latest fashionable endeavor, Lindsay Lohan was front and center at a holiday party at E Baldi restaurant in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

With “Scooby Doo” star Sarah Michelle Gellar in attendance, the “Mean Girls” starlet happened to be boosting interest in her new line of leggings, which has been given the name 6216.

In related news, Lindsay received high marks from her DUI judge during a hearing today (of which she did not attend) – although the court ruled that Miss Lohan must complete her alcohol education class by July 15, 2010.

Meanwhile, the same can’t be said for Lindsay’s recently arrested dad, of which LiLo tweeted, “‘That’s The Way It Is’ ooops-sorry Mikey lo jr. i love you!”

We all remember earlier this year when Lindsay Lohan’s home was robbed and a safe was actually removed from the wall.

Well, the burglar’s name is Nick Prugo and he has finally been charged with two felony residential burglaries for the incident at LiLo’s home as well as the home of Audrina Patridge.

The 18-year-old robber was caught on surveillance cameras, and though he didn’t act alone, no other arrests have been made at this time.
