Congratulations are in order for Chris Carmack and Erin Slaver.
The Nashville star, 35, and his fiancée welcomed their first child – a girl – the new mom announced via Instagram Thursday.
“In my life, I never imagined I’d experience something so beautiful,” Slaver captioned the image of her newborn lying on her chest.
She added: “I couldn’t have made it through naturally without @britteanderson and @realcarmack by my side. We are completely in love with our 2 day old, sweet baby girl.”
The new parents met on the set of Nashville when Slaver appeared as one of Juliette Barnes’ (Hayden Panettiere) backup singers.
Nashville returns Jan. 5 at 9 p.m. ET on CMT.
Congratulations to the Slaver-Carmack family.
