E! News anchor Giuliana Rancic says baby No. 2 with husband, reality star Bill Rancic, is still up for conversation.

“We would love to have another child,” Giuliana tells PEOPLE. “It’s always a conversation we have and it’s something we definitely would love to do. If God blesses us with a child, it’d be incredible.”

But for now, they are focussing on their 3-year-old son Duke.

“There’s really nothing in the works right now to be quite honest,” she shares. “I think there’s been a lot on our plate lately with moving to Chicago and Duke starting school there.”

On their reality show Giuliana and Bill, the pair have been open about their fertility issues.

Prior to welcoming Duke via surrogate, Giuliana went through three rounds of IVF treatments before finding out she had breast cancer. The couple put their plans to start a family on hold while Giuliana underwent a double mastectomy.

After beating cancer, the Rancics turned to Delphine, the surrogate who would later deliver Duke. Unfortunately, she miscarried their last remaining embryo.

But despite her hardships, Giuliana is sure to count her blessings.

“I always want to make sure I’m super present with Duke — he’s always my priority because he’s my son and we fought really hard for him, obviously,” she shares. “We were so lucky to have Duke and he keeps us really busy. He’s great and thriving and an amazing little boy, but we would love to expand our family. We always wanted to and that dream is definitely still alive.”
