Was it notable or not that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake didn’t attend any of the Oscar parties? They didn’t attend anything during the awards season. You would think that Jessica – at least – would have been asked to present at one awards show, especially since she’s promoting her latest producing effort, Season 3 of The Sinner. Maybe Jessica and Justin are just taking a break from awards shows. He did turn up at the premiere event for The Sinner on February 3rd, a rare moment of Justin supporting his wife rather than chronically overshadowing her. And it seems to be his new thing: trying to ensure that Jessica knows he loves her, especially after he was caught on camera, drunkenly cheating on her.

Justin Timberlake can’t stop the feeling … or the apologies. More than two months after his PDA scandal, the “Believe” singer is pulling out all the stops to mend his marriage to Jessica Biel.

“He’s bending over backwards to get Jessica to forgive him and to make sure he’s there for her and Silas,” a source reveals exclusively in the new issue of Us Weekly, referencing the couple’s 4-year-old son

Timberlake, 39, and his Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright made headlines in November 2019 when they were photographed holding hands at a bar in New Orleans. Nearly two weeks later, the 10-time Grammy winner issued a public apology to Biel, 37, on Instagram, acknowledging he “displayed a strong lapse in judgement” but insisting that “nothing happened between” him and Wainwright, 30.

In the weeks since then, the former ‘NSync member has been nothing but a devoted husband to Biel, whom he married in October 2012. The source tells Us that Timberlake has treated the actress to “flowers, massages and weekend getaways,” while a second insider adds, “He’s been sending Jessica lots of sweet texts and telling her she’s the hottest wife and mom in the world.”

I… I mean, I’m laughing a little because it’s so obvious and so dumb, and I can’t believe they keep reminding us of this scandal that we already tried to forget months ago. That being said, the scandal was obviously not *that* bad – he was sh-tfaced and all that happened was some hand-holding and thigh-rubbing, as far as we know. The fact that he’s going so overboard leads me to believe that some infidelity chickens are coming home to roost. Or something, I might have mixed that up.
