Mom-of-three Kristin Cavallari posted a precious photo with daughter Saylor, 8 months, via Instagram Wednesday.

“Nice to see a smile on this girl’s face after over a month of nonstop teething. 4 new ones are through though! Phew,” The Hills alum, 29, captioned the image holding her baby girl.

Last week, the former Laguna Beach star shared birthday greetings for her son Camden.

“Happy 4th birthday to the sweetest soul I know, my little Cammers. I CANNOT believe it’s been 4 years!” the proud mama captioned the image kissing her birthday boy.

Cavallari and her husband, NFL star Jay Cutler, are also parents to 2-year-old son Jaxon.
