Nearly one year after their high-profile estrangement, Rosie O’Donnell and daughter Chelsea have reunited.
“Chelsea and me – what a difference a year makes #hopelives,” the comedienne, 54, Instagrammed a selfie Thursday with her formerly estranged daughter.
Chelsea, then 17, left home last August and was missing for several hours before police found her with her 25-year-old boyfriend, an alleged heroin addict. After being located, Chelsea lived with his family in New Jersey.
In the tell-all, Chelsea revealed that her famous mother regularly “smokes weed,” is a “phony” who is only nice in public, and hired nannies to raise her before sending her off to boarding school at age 13.
Chelsea also stated that her mother is “obsessed” with blasting Madonna, watching documentaries, and rarely engaged with her or her siblings. As well, Chelsea denies being “mentally ill” as her mother had publicly stated.
We are so happy to see this selfie!
