Michael Sheen has a now-college-aged daughter with his ex-girlfriend Kate Beckinsale. Sheen also dated Rachel McAdams for years, then Sarah Silverman for years, then he broke up with Silverman and moved back to the UK, where he started dating Aisling Bea for a time. But recently, there were reports that Sheen and Bea were done and that he was now dating a young Swede named Anna Lundberg. Sheen is now 50 years old. Anna Lundberg is 25 years old, literally half his age. And now she’s pregnant. Oh, lord.

Micheal Sheen has announced his new Swedish actress girlfriend Anna Lundberg is expecting a baby on Twitter on Wednesday. It was only revealed on Tuesday the couple, who have an age gap of 25 years, were dating but the pair were romantically linked in May after a series of cosy social media snaps. Michael, who already has 20-year-old daughter Lily Mo Sheen with his ex Kate Beckinsale, was delighted to share the news he was going to be a dad again.

He tweeted: ‘Very happy to let everyone know that my partner Anna and I are expecting a little angel of our own. (Just to be clear, we’re having a baby!) #nottheantichrist.’

Michael’s new relationship with the Swedish star comes just months after he split from his comedian ex Aisling Bea in March. The split comes just four months before his happy baby news with his new love Anna. The Far From The Madding Crowd star has been swept up in a whirlwind romance with Anna since the couple went Instagram official in May. Anna, who bills herself as a ‘Swedish/NYC actress currently living in the UK’, shared a series of loved-up snaps with Michael as she accompanied him to the New York screening and London world premiere of his new show, Good Omens.

I don’t mean to be rude about this, but was this a fling that turned into a pregnancy and they just decided to make a go of it? Because that’s the best explanation for the timeline. I also want to believe that Michael Sheen is straight with his girlfriends when they first meet, and he just tells them flat-out that he’s not interested in marriage. Beckinsale has said before that she hoped they would marry eventually (when they were together), and she was disappointed when he never wanted to. So, I hope he learned from that experience and he hasn’t led these women on. I’ll admit it, when I first read the news, I felt a pang of sympathy for Sarah Silverman. She really loved him and he… really did not want to live in America anymore.

Very happy to let everyone know that my partner Anna and I are expecting a little angel of our own. (Just to be clear – we’re having a baby!) #nottheantichrist ??????????gbwls

Just Wendy with lymphedema machine. 45min every day. #lymphedema #flexitouch #gethelp

A post shared by Wendy Williams (@wendyshow) on Jul 15, 2019 at 5:05pm PDT

Wendy Williams has had a rough year and a half. In February 2018, she disclosed that she had been diagnosed with Graves’ disease, which is an autoimmune disorder that causes hyperthyroidism. Her doctor had ordered that she take a three-week hiatus at the time. It was also alleged by a concerned third party that Wendy’s then-husband, alleged abuser Kevin Hunter, was poisoning her while she was home resting. Kevin was reluctant to let the two officers who went to investigate talk alone with Wendy, who claimed that she was recovering from a broken shoulder. This spring, she filed for divorce from Kevin, whose alleged mistress gave birth shortly before. After saying that she was ready to start dating again, Wendy is currently dating an ex-convict.

You’d think after all that she’s gone through over the past several months, Wendy would get a bit of a break. On Monday, she shared a picture of her lymphedema treatment on Instagram, a week after revealing on her show that she had been diagnosed with the condition:

Wendy Williams… 54, shared a photo of herself receiving her daily 45-minute treatment for the chronic condition as she lounged on a couch in a yellow robe.

While gazing out the window with her blonde hair covering her face, Williams wore thigh-high compression wraps on her legs and sat beside the large Flexitouch device with tubes used to stimulate the lymphatic system.

“Just Wendy with lymphedema machine. 45min every day. #lymphedema #flexitouch #gethelp,” she captioned the photo on Instagram.

According to the Mayo Clinic, lymphedema is a chronic condition that causes swelling, usually in the arms or legs, when someone’s lymphatic system is compromised — such as when lymph nodes are damaged or removed, which can cause a blockage that creates the swelling.

As of right now, there is no cure, but [it] can be managed with early diagnosis.

The photo comes just one week after the star, who previously took a lengthy hiatus due to health concerns, revealed on The Wendy Williams show that she had been diagnosed with lymphedema.

While talking about paparazzi shots that showed her swollen ankles on the July 8 show, Williams explained the reason behind their puffiness was due to her new health condition.
“Lymphedema, by the way, I’ve been diagnosed,” she told the audience. “It’s not going to kill me, but I do have a machine — and how dare you talk about the swelling of it all.”

Williams reassured her fans that she was doing alright despite the new diagnosis and even joked that the machine that helps alleviate her swelling is a huge hit at parties.

“I’ve got it under control. If [the swelling] in my feet never goes all the way down, at least I have this machine,” she explained. “I sit for 45 minutes a day. It’s the best party entertainer ever. Everybody [that] comes over wants to do it.”

I’m so sorry to hear that Wendy is living with yet another health issue. I know from friends that lymphedema can be quite painful, and that the swelling also makes it difficult to find clothes that fit comfortably and well. I am glad that Wendy has been diagnosed so that she’s able to get the proper treatment, and it’s helpful that she’s able to have it at home, rather than needing to go to a doctor’s office every day. I love that she has a sense of humor about it, too. I hope that her health continues to improve and that she’s able to keep her Graves disease and lymphedema managed as much as possible. I also wish for her that she gets to focus on being happy and enjoying life without any other unplanned potentially distressing interruptions.

I was really happy with the Emmy nominations this year. I’ve only recently become an avid TV watcher and many of the shows I love were in the mix, so this is very exciting for me. I’m so happy for Schitt’s Creek, VEEP, The Good Place, When They See Us and definitely Russian Doll, which got 13 nominations, including one for its lead, Natasha Lyonne. Natasha, of course, also wrote and produced the show so this really is her baby. She deserves to revel in what I still find to be one of the most interestingly written storylines I’ve ever seen. And that weight of those 13 nominations are not lost on Natasha, who was a little overwhelmed with Tuesday’s announcements.

Congratulations on the nominations! How are you feeling?
It feels very, I don’t know the word that keeps coming to me, but it’s creatively affirming more than anything to know how hard we worked and how scary it was to dive into the deep end on this show. It feels very encouraging to keep on that train. I’m just in awe of life and all its curiosities. Life takes on so many different rides, and today is a very good day, a very encouraging, good day.

I think as a creator, as a writer, it feels huge knowing how hard everybody works at various phases of this. Amy [Poehler] and Allison [Silverman] as the writers of the show to be recognized — and it was such a beast writing this thing, and making sure that they’re all connected.

How many nominations was it, 13?
I think so, which is good. Because 13 is a great number — 13 and 666: those are my two favorite numbers.

If you do happen to win, where would you put that award?
I would immediately donate it to science. I know that we’re all planning on moving to Mars very soon, because of environmental issues, so I want to make sure that the Emmy arrives there first. I’m hoping that other people are obviously considering that, you know, it’s important.

I feel like whatever this is, it’s definitely a heavily jinxing conversation so the superstitious person in me doesn’t really like this line of questioning, if I’m honest. I’m inclined to give you ridiculous answers because it feels too surreal to even consider.

Most inanimate object to find a home. I have my SAG Award from Orange is the New Black on the piano.

[From People]

I’ll be a bit conflicted Emmy Night because Natasha is up for the same category as Catherine O‘Hara and Julia Louise-Dreyfus. Julia has won it so many times but the last season of VEEP – and her work in it – was so, so good. But I’d be okay if she didn’t win and I’m almost positive Julia would be too. And speaking of okay, I bet every woman in that category would be just fine with it going to Catherine, who should have all the awards. But I would really like to see Russian Doll get the win for writing. I love that Natasha’s superstition prevents her from giving totally straight answers. I wish I could be that clever off the bat.

Some of Natasha’s early work, American Pie just celebrated its 20th anniversary. Natasha told Lola Ogunnaike of Couchsurfing that she turned the film down several times before agreeing to do it. She didn’t care about the sex or other mistreatment of fruit desserts, but the general “fratty, suburban high school experience,” that she couldn’t identify with. And when Lola asked her what made her say yes in the end, Natasha very honestly said it was the money. But like Natasha said, that film funded her independent film career for quite some time, so I think we all won there.
