Here are photos of Kourtney Kardashian with Scott Disick and Khloe during last week’s filming for KUTWK. Scott Disick may not be a Kardashian by name, but it’s difficult not to judge his actions through the filter of a reality show. Are his actions real? Who knows. Scott has readily embraced the villain role on KUTWK, but I think he legitmiately has an issue with alcohol. Scott also lost both of his parents (within a few months) last year), so his loss may be fueling his habitual boozing.

Not that Scott has an excuse for cheating on the mother of his three children. Scott spent the past week in Monte Carlo and the South of France. He was papped rubbing the back of Chloe Bartoli, who is a former fling. Kourtney is at home, taking care of their three children, while Scott parties his weekend away. She’s pretty sure Scott is cheating:

Kourtney Kardashian is telling friends she has no doubt … Scott Disick is hooking up with the chick he was all handsy with in Monte Carlo, but she’s also deeply worried he’s lapsed and fallen back into substance abuse.

Our sources say Kourtney believes the woman, celebrity stylist Chloe Bartoli, is an opportunist and taking advantage of Scott, whom Kourtney believes is getting wasted again. We’re told she knows Chloe and, as we reported, Scott knows her as well … they even dated.

Our sources say Kourtney’s sisters have the same view as her and on Friday they all went from simmer to boil, targeting their anger at both Scott and Chloe.

Kourtney hasn’t made any decisions about the fate of her relationship with Scott, but we’re told it’s already in a “fragile state.”

The wording of this story is strange. Kourtney seems to look past Scott’s playboy actions. She’s more worried about him falling off the wagon. TMZ’s placing an obvious spin on the story, although it’s not clear whether they’re receiving encouragement to do so. Scott has done rehab already. He did so a few months ago in Costa Rica after a major bender, and he only lasted a week. Then he went back to hosting nightclubs.

People follows up on this story. Scott reportedly regrets looking like a fool with Chloe. Sources say he’s fallen off the wagon because he was spotted “holding a beer.” Scott also “knows he’s screwing up, and he knows what he needs to do.” So we may see another rehab visit soon, or perhaps he’ll simply apologize to Kourtney. These two have an odd relationship. Scott legitimately has an alcohol addiction, but his coupley vibe with Kourtney has always seemed “off” in front of the cameras.
