How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris‘ twins Gideon and Harper made a splash on the Fourth of July.

“HAPPY 4TH OF JULY,” the actor, 42, Instagrammed the action shot.

The adorable 4-year-old twins are seen wearing their patriotic swim suits while jumping into a pool together.

The day before, NPH and husband David Burtka took the twins clamming in the Hamptons.

“We went clamming on the shores of East Hampton! Such fun, scored a bucketload. Chef/Daddy David took them and made a delicious pasta dinner. #delicious #grateful,” the proud papa captioned the family photo.
