Last September, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the opening of a bookstore in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area. The bookstore is called Godmothers, which was apparently Prince Harry?s suggestion? The Sussexes are friends with all of the people involved with the bookstore, and Harry and Meghan?s books are even included in the ?local authors? section, which I find charming. Anyway, to promote the bookstore, Meghan agreed to an interview in Godmothers? Substack ? you can read the full piece here. Some highlights:

She loves organizing her fridge: You might not expect to see her organizing her refrigerator?but it turns out the task is one she finds a lot of pleasure in. ?I love it when it looks pretty and organized and when there?s a beautiful veggie board at just the right eye-level, so the kids feel enticed to grab that first?and they do!?

The books which shaped her: ?Our kids? ages?Archie is 5 and Lili is 3?mean we?re deep in the world of children?s books. And may I just say, I absolutely love it! So many picture books offer insights and perspective that I wish I had had exposure to as a child. Two current favorites: Brendan Wenzel?s They All Saw a Cat shows a cat from the perspective of a bee, a dog, and everything in between. To some, the cat looks scary; to others, it looks playful. It?s the best reminder that even as adults, we can all be looking at (or talking about) the exact same thing, but we?ll all see it differently. I?ve gifted this book to kids and adults. It?s amazing! The Rabbit Listened by Cori Doerrfeld is an incredible book that reminds us that people need you to show up for them in different ways. Above all, it beautifully articulates the power of listening. Sometimes that?s all people need.

A book Meghan loves for herself: ?I recently finished Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, which I truly believe is one of the most impactful books on hospitality?and how we host, entertain, and care for each other. Will sees the world through the same lens that I do: Small acts of thoughtfulness create larger ripples of goodness. It?s one of my favorite reads.

She could spend hours arranging flowers: ?I love flower arranging. It?s not something I grew up doing, but arranging flowers (whether they?re from my own garden, the farmer?s market, a flower mart, or Trader Joe?s!) is one of those simple pleasures that I can get lost in. Standing there, arranging each stem, moving a small sweet pea from one spot to another, turning the vase to see it at every angle, and running back out to the garden to clip another small flower, or to pluck fresh mint or rosemary blossoms to add extra dimension and interest?every moment of that for me is magic. Flower arranging sparks my creativity, allows me tangibly to get my hands in something that adds beauty, and connects me to nature. My kids have jumped in to help me make arrangements, too, which makes it all the sweeter.

What are small things which give her a huge amount of joy: ?Cashmere socks are an indulgence I love?but I also love the cashmere-like socks you find online that are easy to wash and super affordable. I don?t know what it is, but cozy, cuddled-up feet make me feel comforted. I also love finding a good deal. That may be in my DNA from clipping coupons from the Sunday paper with my mom when I was little, but I always feel triumphant when I?ve bought something on sale or found a coupon code online. And Saturday morning cartoons in bed is also high on my list. In the U.K., they call it a ?duvet day,? and I?ve always found that sweet. Our little family, snuggled up for an easy family morning followed by pancakes and bacon. The dream.

The singers who remind Meghan of her childhood: ?There was a lot of Joni Mitchell, Boz Scaggs, and James Taylor in my house growing up. There was also a lot of Anita Baker playing in the car on the drive to school. I was exposed to what my mom listened to versus ?kids? music,? and I?m sure that informed my eclectic taste in music, lyrics, and rhythm and soul. My favorite radio station when I was a little girl was K-Earth 101, which was all oldies. That?s still reflected in what I play at home: The Beach Boys, The Supremes, Otis Redding, even Annette Funicello for fun pool-party music when the kids have a playdate. I love happy sing-along music that you can dance to in the kitchen, and I made sure that was represented in With Love, Meghan on Netflix.

Her favorite topic of conversation: ?Oh, I love to talk about food! The new recipes or restaurants someone has tried. I want to know why a dish was so good, if the hot sauce is as spicy as I?d like it, and whether a restaurant?s vibe is more ?date night? or more ?girls? night out.? I?m so inspired by cooking and the foods that people find crave-able. I could talk about food for hours.

[From Godmothers Substack]

I relate to her musically ? I also grew up in a household where my mom listened to the ?oldies station? and NPR. No so much Joni Mitchell, but James Taylor, The Supremes, The Beach Boys, and The Eagles as well. Carly Simon, Nancy Sinatra. I still love all of that music too. I also relate to her re: talking about food. Talking about food is almost as fun as actually eating. I guarantee that Meghan asks all of those questions because she also enjoys reverse-engineering recipes. What else? I could not spend hours arranging flowers, but if Meghan could, that?s fine and it?s her business. Anyway, this was a sweet and very positive interview. More of this! The more she reminds people that she?s just kind of a dorky mom, the crazier her haters sound.

The thing to remember about Donald Trump, Elon Musk, JD Vance and all of the people who support them is that every single one of these people are huge losers. Not only are they dumbass losers, they are desperate for public acceptance, they?re desperate to be cool, they?re desperate to be seen as part of the upper echelon of society. They never will be ? the stench of their loserdom has seeped into their skin and everyone can smell the loser on them. As part of his effort to be ?cool,? Donald Trump fired the Democrats on the Kennedy Center?s board and installed MAGAts in their place. Trump also installed some kind of wingnut loyalist as acting chairman of the Kennedy Center. MAGAts want to remake the center into a celebration of their wingnut culture, no more woke, no more DEI, no more? art or coolness or quality. Well, last night, JD Vance went to the Kennedy Center to take in a performance by the National Symphony Orchestra. That bitch got booed.

Vice President J.D. Vance was booed while watching a performance at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts after President Donald Trump took over leadership. According to a video shared by The Guardian global affairs correspondent Andrew Roth on X, Thursday, March 13, Vance, 40, was quickly booed as he prepared to watch the National Symphony Orchestra and Greek violinist Leonidas Kavakos perform Stravinsky?s Petrushka from a balcony seat. His wife, Usha Vance, was seen accompanying him.

As the vice president takes a seat, a man could be heard yelling, ?Boo.? Another person is heard saying, ?Oh f?.?

After more members of the audience became aware of Vance?s presence, the boos grew in unison, causing Vance to take a sip of his drink and wave at the audience sitting below him. As he continued speaking with his wife, the boos continued and lasted roughly 30 seconds, per The New York Times.

[From People]

I?m including the video below ? y?all are gonna make Vance cry and then he?ll have to go reapply his eyeliner in the bathroom. ?But I?m vice president, how could they boo me, didn?t they see me mock President Zelenskyy?? I hope some of those boos were for Usha Vance too. Both of those pieces of sh-t need to be booed everywhere they go.

In the coming months, the royal kids will be celebrating their birthdays ? Prince Louis will turn 7 years old in April, then Prince Archie and Princess Charlotte are May babies, then Princess Lilibet will be 4 years old in June, and then Prince George will be 12 years old in July. The Sussexes have abandoned the royal habit of releasing photos on their kids? birthdays, and I suspect we won?t get to see Lili and Archie?s faces in official portraits or even informal Instagrams for a while. But the Wales kids? We will absolutely get new photos of them for their birthdays, it?s all part of the arrangement Prince William and Kate have with the British press. All three Wales kids are now ?old enough? to come to most royal events as well. But according to royal biographer Robert Hardman, Will and Kate are not going to be bringing their kids out a lot this year.

Every time Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis step out in public, they always steal the show. Sadly for royal fans, an expert has claimed that we may only see Prince William and Princess Kate?s children just four times this year. Royal biographer Robert Hardman told Marie Claire that 2025 may be a more private year for the family.

He stated: ?I don?t think we?re going to see them in any way being shunted into the public eye more than is reasonably expected. I think there?s definitely a view that we the public should not expect to see them any more than sort of official royal family gatherings.?

The first of the four events could be Easter in April, when the royals typically head to church. Robert predicts we will next see the Wales children at Trooping the Colour in June. The royal biographer then predicted we could see the kids at Princess Kate?s Together at Christmas carol concert in December. He also speculated that an appearance to honour VE Day, held to pay tribute to the end of World War II, might be ?on the cards.?

Editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine Ingrid Seward agreed with Robert, and told Fabulous: ?I think that we won?t see quite so much of them this year. Hopefully we?ll see them on VE day.?

[From The Sun]

Hardman is forgetting Wimbledon, which Charlotte and George will probably attend (at least one of the finals), and he?s also forgetting that William likes to take George to various football matches and maybe some cricket. Kate probably wants to bring the kids to see rugby (if she even goes to any rugby games this year). Oh, and Kate will release even more photos for Father?s Day and Mother?s Day! And their Christmas card. There?s always the possibility that Kate will want the kids to star in another weird-ass short film like they did last year. So what?s behind this, and why is one of the more official royal-biographers making a point of saying that the Wales kids won?t be out and about much? Did William and Kate come to some sort of informal custodial agreement?

American comedian Whitney Cummings has some thoughts about the Duchess of Sussex and With Love, Meghan. I read some of Whitney?s quotes before I watched her video, and I was like ?oh, nice, she?s actually defending Meghan.? So it was weird to see so many outlets claiming that Whitney is offering up some ?scathing critique? of Meghan or WLM, or that ?another Netflix star mocks Meghan.? She?s actually isn?t, although Whitney is playing ?both sides? and a few things she says here are bonkers (As Ever preserves are not a tax dodge). Whitney isn?t actually defending WLM, but her general thesis is that Meghan used WLM to troll the Windsors.

Here?s the thing: while I obviously disagree that WLM was made solely for an audience of ?Windsors,? I actually think there?s something to this? There were a few parts of WLM which definitely seemed like subtle trolls of the royals and the British media too. A smiling Meghan made avocado toast in the show, which was a throwback to the Daily Mail?s multiple hissy fits about avocado toast back in 2018. Meghan making flawless crepes after seeing Kate?s sad struggle-pancakes. As Whitney says, the jam/preserves thing and Meghan making sun tea. While I don?t think Meghan?s goal was ?I?m totally going to troll my husband?s horrid family,? I definitely think there were layers of commentary and a few subtle digs by Meghan.

Additionally, I think there?s another element of commentary to Meghan doing a show about entertaining, cooking and being a hostess. She was met with so much hate and racism that so many people missed the fact that Meghan was a natural at ?being a princess.? She would have excelled longterm in a public role where she would need to be a gracious hostess, public servant and entertainer. As in, she could have been bringing this energy to her royal role, but those people were too f?king racist to let her do it, because god help them all if a Black American woman did it better than them.

Rosie O?Donnell is the latest celebrity to reveal that she too has moved out of the U.S. Rosie, who has five children, Parker, 29, Chelsea, 27, Blake, 25, Vivienne, 22, and Clay, 12, announced earlier this week that in mid-January, she and Clay had moved to Ireland. You may recall that Rosie and Donald Trump have been feuding since she read him for filth on The View in 2006, calling him a ?snake-oil salesman on Little House On The Prairie.? LMAO she is a founding member of The Resistance. Anyway, in a TikTok video, Rosie said people there were ?so kind? and that she?d consider coming back to the U.S. when it?s ?safe? to do so.

[Rosie O?Donnell] posted a video on TikTok on Tuesday in which she shared that she moved to Ireland with her child Clay in mid-January, saying, ?Although I was never someone who thought I would move to another country, that?s what I decided would be the best for myself and my 12-year-old child.?

O?Donnell explained that she moved to Ireland on January 15, and is ?in the process? of getting her Irish citizenship as she has Irish grandparents.

?It?s been pretty wonderful, I have to say. The people are so loving and so kind, so welcoming. And I?m very grateful,? she also said.

?I miss my other kids. I miss my friends. I miss many things about life there at home, and I?m trying to find a home here in this beautiful country,? O?Donnell added. ?And when it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that?s when we will consider coming back.?

The ?League of Their Own? star continued, ?It?s been heartbreaking to see what?s happening politically and hard for me personally as well. The personal is political, as we all know.?

Later on in the video, O?Donnell explained her reasoning for sharing the news of her move now.

?I just felt like we needed to take care of ourselves and make some hard decisions and follow through,? she said. ?And now as we?re getting settled, I was ready to post this and to tell everybody what?s been going on.?

O?Donnell is not the only celebrity to move out of the US in recent months. Personalities including Eva Longoria, Ellen DeGeneres, Richard Gere and others have also moved abroad.

[From CNN]

I?m not surprised to hear that Rosie and Clay have moved to Ireland. Clay is non-binary and Rosie has been vocal about their autism in the past. I understand Rosie trying to keep them safe from this administration. I?m possibly going to Ireland later this year, so it?s lovely to hear how loving, welcoming, and kind people are there. I?m also not surprised that she picked Ireland because of her heritage. That makes a ton of sense to me, especially because she can get dual-citizenship. I?m of Italian heritage, but my grandma was born a few months after her parents immigrated to America, so I just miss out on dual-citizenship eligibility via descendancy. My aunt started the process, so I?ve been pushing both of my parents to do it too.

Last month, I sold something on Facebook Marketplace and the gentleman who picked it up said that he and his husband were moving to Spain as a result of the election. I remembered that Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi moved to the Cotswolds and it got me thinking about how much things have changed. For decades, we?ve had famous people on both sides of the aisle dramatically threaten to move out of the country if their candidate didn?t win. Nothing really ever came of that and it kinda became a joke as a result. This time, though, people ? celebrities and normies ? are actually leaving.

Back in January, Carole Middleton turned 70 years old and there were about a dozen major articles about her life and times. The British press praised her, but they also left enough room to let everyone know that Carole has manipulated, schemed and defrauded her way into the top echelons of society. One of the most interesting pieces was the Daily Mail?s Richard Eden ?remembering? how he spoke to Carole once back in 2008 and he repeated what they discussed at the time. It was a curious admission that Carole had long briefed the press personally. Well, now Eden is remembering another incident, this time from 2007. He and then-Kate Middleton attended the same event and he chatted with her AND overheard her conversation.

Her impressive appearance this week made me think back many years to the first occasion I met Catherine ? or Kate Middleton, as she was known by everyone then. It was at the launch party for Simon Sebag Montefiore?s biography Young Stalin in 2007, when Catherine had briefly split from Prince William.

Catherine, then aged 25, attended the event with her sister, Pippa Middleton, and chatted to me in a group with Sebag Montefiore?s sister-in-law, the TV presenter Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, who sadly died a decade later at the age of 45.Tara, the daughter of two of King Charles?s closest friends, Charles and Patti Palmer-Tomkinson, had known Prince William since he was a little boy and was not shy about speaking intimately about him to Catherine at the party at Asprey jewellers in Mayfair.

While I made small-talk to Catherine about Montefiore?s book and how she knew the author, Tara, typically, got straight down to what everyone really wanted to know about: Catherine?s break-up with William. The split had been a big story since it was disclosed a few months earlier.

?How are you doing?? Tara asked her.

Catherine replied, ?Fine?, and started blushing.

?It must be so hard?? Tara persisted.

?Really, it?s fine,? Catherine replied, firmly, if uncomfortably.

She made clear with her body language that she didn?t wish to discuss the subject, and the conversation moved swiftly on to happier and less fraught matters. At that time, Catherine was seen as a party-loving girlfriend of William, but my first encounter with her taught me that she was a tough cookie who wasn?t going to be inveigled into saying something she didn?t want to say.

Indeed, she reminded me of members of the Royal Family, much older than herself, who have the uncanny ability to make small-talk with anyone (even tiresome social diarists) without giving anything anyway. They usually manage to turn the conversation around and force the questioner do the talking.

Fortunately for the future of the Royal Family, Catherine was reunited with William a couple of months after I met her. Although she has changed in many ways since our fleeting first encounter ? becoming, for example, a confident public speaker ? there was a hint of that inner steel which has stood her so well in the years since.

[From The Daily Mail]

Just for some royal history and Waity history, when William dumped Kate in early 2007, she ran straight home to Carole and they worked out a ?get him back? plan which ended up being pretty successful. The plan involved Kate stepping out constantly in London, attending every event she could get into, going clubbing with William?s friends and projecting a ?I?m not heartbroken? vibe. Kate knew what she was doing by fending off ?sympathetic? questions from a close associate of the Windsors ? she knew that it would get back to William that she was unbothered and fine, and that she was out and about without a care in the world. Of course, I also believe Kate knew what she was doing by chatting with a Daily Mail reporter.

The Democrats do not have the majority in the House or Senate. They do not hold the executive office, and the Supreme Court has a MAGA majority too. The only thing left in the Democratic Party?s toolkit is forcing the Republicans to do their jobs, forcing the Republicans to get in line and vote for Donald Trump?s unhinged agenda, and forcing the Republicans into disarray. It was one thing for Democrats to partially capitulate to Congressional Republicans when Joe Biden was president ? and I would argue that Speaker Johnson did most of the capitulating ? because that was to ensure that a government led by President Biden would be able to function. But right now? With Elon Musk and Donald Trump destroying the government and the country? Yeah, the math isn?t mathing.

What happened: this week, Congress has been fighting over funding the government. House Democrats held the line, refusing to vote for a continuing resolution, a stopgap funding measure, and forcing Speaker Johnson to whip the votes in the House Republican caucus. Then House Democrats got knifed in the back by Senate Democrats. One Democrat in particular, Chuck Schumer.

House Democrats erupted into apoplexy Thursday night after Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said he would support Republicans? stopgap government funding measure. House Democrats feel like they ?walked the plank,? in the words of one member. They voted almost unanimously against the measure, only to watch Senate Democrats seemingly give it the green light.

?Complete meltdown. Complete and utter meltdown on all text chains,? said the member, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to offer sensitive details of members? internal conversations. A senior House Democrat said ?people are furious? and that some rank-and-file members have floated the idea of angrily marching onto the Senate floor in protest. Others are talking openly about supporting primary challenges to senators who vote for the GOP spending bill.

Schumer said in a floor speech Thursday that while the GOP measure is ?very bad,? the possibility of a government shutdown ?has consequences for America that are much, much worse. A shutdown would give Donald Trump the keys to the city, the state and the country,? Schumer said.

The comments likely clear a path for at least eight Senate Democrats to vote for the bill ? enough for Republicans to overcome the upper chamber?s 60-vote filibuster threshold.

All but one House Democrat voted against the bill earlier this week, in large part because it lacks language to keep the Trump administration from cutting congressionally approved spending. ?There were many battleground Dems in the House ? that were uncomfortable, semi-uncomfortable, with the vote,? said one House Democrat. ?The Senate left the House at the altar.?

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), in remarks to his House colleagues at their annual retreat Thursday, lauded them for standing up to President Trump by voting against the bill, according to multiple sources. When he praised House Democrats? votes, he received a standing ovation. When he mentioned Senate Democrats, members booed.

What we?re hearing: House Democrats? text chains lit up Thursday night with expressions of blinding anger, according to numerous lawmakers who described the conversations on the condition of anonymity. ?People are PISSED,? one House Democrat told Axios in a text message. Several members ? including moderates ? have begun voicing support for a primary challenge to Schumer, floating Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) as possible candidates, three House Democrats said. One lawmaker even vowed at the House Democratic retreat to ?write a check tonight? supporting Ocasio-Cortez, said the senior House Democrat.

Another Democrat told Axios the ideation has gone a step further: ?There is definitely a primary recruitment effort happening right now ? not just Schumer, but for everyone who votes no.?

Plenty of members have also gone public with their dismay at their Senate colleagues. ?I know I speak for so many in our caucus when I say Schumer is misreading this moment. The Senate Dems must show strength and grit by voting no,? said Rep. Becca Balint (D-Vt.). Said Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.): ?I don?t know where Schumer is coming from. ? It doesn?t look good for the leader.?

[From Axios]

What gets me is? how are Dems in the House and Senate not working together on this, how did they not come up with a plan TOGETHER? The House Dems played it correctly ? force the Republicans to get the votes in their own caucus. That should have been Schumer?s response too, after all, the Dems are the minority in the Senate as well. Moscow Mitch is the one who should have been negotiating with Schumer and Senate Dems to get it through. Schumer?s argument is that Democrats would be blamed if thousands of federal employees are furloughed ? but once again, that?s why you remind everyone that the Republicans have absolute power now.

Prince William and Kate will apparently be out and about this weekend to watch rugby. They will head to Wales for the Six Nations match between Wales and England. They?re both patrons of those rugby teams now ? Kate is patron of England?s Rugby Football Union (which she took over from Prince Harry), and William is patron of the Wales Rugby Union They will be in Cardiff on Saturday.

This will be their first time at a rugby match in a while, right? Just going from memory, they haven?t done anything with their rugby patronages since 2023 ? both of them skipped everything last year. It?s notable in William?s case because he has been traveling all over to support England?s football team and his own favorite team, Aston Villa. William is a real football junkie, a real meathead when it comes to one sport above all others. Speaking of, Peggy revealed that he?s so football-mad that he often spends hours on Aston Villa forums and he also posts anonymously.

The Prince of Wales has described football?s television blackout rule as ?irritating?. The Prince said that following his beloved Aston Villa was made more difficult by the long-standing rule, which blocks the broadcast of games at any level in England between 2.45pm and 5.15pm on a Saturday.

He told The Sun: ?Getting up to Villa Park isn?t the easiest thing for me but I like to watch as many games as I possibly can either by being there or on TV. I?ve tried to really make an effort to get there for all the Champions League games because it feels like that?s something you?ve got to make the most of when you?re in it. The biggest thing at home is trying to find it on TV sometimes because obviously you?ve got the Saturday 3pm blackout which is irritating.?

The blackout has been in place since the 1960s in order to protect match attendances and participation at grass-roots level. It has been criticised as outdated in recent years, but new television deals have secured it?s continuation until at least the 2028-29 season.

The Prince was in the stands at Villa Park on Wednesday night, wearing an Aston Villa scarf and cheering on his team with childhood friends Edward van Cutsem and Thomas van Straubenzee as they beat Club Brugge in the Champions League. He has been a regular guest at the stadium in recent years, having fallen in love with the club after being taken to a match by friends as a boy. He has also made Villa a family affair in the past by taking his two older children, George and Charlotte, to games home and away.

The Prince admitted that he contributes to supporters? internet forums, sometimes posting his opinions anonymously.

?I like going on the forums, I can be on there for ages,? he told The Sun. ?I listen to what other fans have to say and give them my opinions. I get quite into it, definitely. It?s important to have that debate.?

[From The Telegraph]

It?s really wild that football fans within England can?t watch their favorite teams on Saturdays while the games are happening in real time. I get the idea behind it, but in practice, it makes zero sense, especially for advertisers and TV rights. As for William spending hours on Aston Villa forums? does he not have better uses for his time? He?s the Prince of Wales, for goodness sake. Granted, I enjoy some of the tennis forums, but I usually just spend ten minutes to get a sense of match storylines and general gossip about the players and the sport. And I?m not the heir to the throne ? I?m just some American tennis fan. The whole-ass Prince of Wales, a husband and a father of three, is spending HOURS on football forums??

In late February, Prince Harry made a surprise appearance at the Upfront Summit. There was some coverage of what Harry discussed there ? he made a speech, and then sat for a Q&A session, and the biggest headline initially was that Harry joked about never being allowed to vote. Well, Upfront Ventures finally released the full video of Harry?s appearance this week. Weirdly, the British media hasn?t picked this up yet? At least not that I?ve seen. It?s really funny because Harry revealed a lot in the Q&A session. The video is below ? Harry?s speech is about nine minutes long, then the Q&A session starts at about the 9:20 mark.

The first question is ?what do you miss about the UK? and Harry?s first thought is, ?Living here for five years, it feels like home. Santa Barbara feels like home? and then he really ponders the question of what he misses about the UK. It takes him a second to think of something! LMAO. ?Being British, I?m not going to say the weather?I guess the countryside is a big piece to that, and one of the reasons why we live in Santa Barbara, I?m not really a city person. I like to be out in space, with a big sky above me.? And then he just keeps talking about how much he loves being in California and raising his children in America. ?As a family, we?re so happy here. The US provides so much opportunity and also it?s a safe space for us.?

Harry also reveals that he misses pubs and pub food, although he?s apparently found an Irish pub in Santa Barbara which does a good ?bangs and mash.? He was asked if he misses football and he actually said: ?I?ve never been a big fan of soccer, whoops, football.? He said that he?s gotten really into American football, and he loved this year?s Super Bowl because apparently, he?s a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and thought about placing a bet on the Eagles winning. He really said ?go Birds!?

What else? This video has so much good gossip ? he talks about how America?s entrepreneurial spirit is unmatched, and in America, ?everyone wants to get behind you.?

About a month ago, Tiger Woods went to the Trump White House and he was honored as part of the White House?s celebration of Black History Month. People were like? Donald Trump did something to celebrate Black History Month? And why did Tiger Woods agree to appear with these horrible people? Tiger?s appearance at the Trump White House was brought up again recently when Tiger ruptured his Achilles tendon ? there were some people suggesting that the injury was instant karma for cozying up to white supremacists. Well, funny story. Tiger Woods is actually dating someone sort of in the Trump family. He?s apparently dating Don Trump Jr?s ex-wife Vanessa Trump.

Tiger Woods has found new love with Vanessa Trump. A source close to the Trump family confirms to PEOPLE that Woods, 49, and Trump, 47, have been quietly dating for several months.

According to the insider, her ex-husband Donald Trump Jr. is ?cool? with the pair being an item. The Daily Mail was first to report the news. Vanessa and Donald Jr. were married for 12 years before she filed for divorce in 2018.

Woods and Trump share plenty in common. Beyond both spending a majority of their time in Florida, Trump?s daughter, Kai Trump, who she shares with her ex-husband, is a top golfer. In August, Kai, 17, committed to play for the University of Miami, Golfweek reported, and will join the team in the fall.

On Feb. 16, Woods, Vanessa and Kai were spotted arriving at a tournament in Florida together. And on Feb. 20, the golf legend was honored at the White House by President Donald Trump during a reception honoring Black History Month.

[From People]

This is just so random. It reminds me of the one time Serena Williams was asked how she knows Trump, and she basically shrugged and said ?Florida.? Like, I guess everyone in the West Palm Beach area just sort of knows each other and they socialize with each other and they date each other. I always thought Vanessa was too much of a ?normal woman? to be attached to the Trumps ? she doesn?t look plastic, she doesn?t have a cocaine problem, she?s not ranting about DEI. She just keeps quiet and ends up dating Tiger Woods??
