Meanwhile, it sounds as if things got a bit chaotic following her afternoon meal, as Kim revealed that a paparazzo got into an accident chasing her – pleading for the shiutterbugs to be more careful in the future.

She tells, "A paparazzi got into a car accident in Beverly Hills today chasing me! So not cool guys! Just not worth it! I hope everything is ok."
