richie-samboraGuess that whole rehab thing didn’t exactly pan out. Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora got a DUI in Laguna Beach, CA last night — and his daughter Ava was in the car with him! So now he also faces child endangerment charges.

Richie refused a breathalyzer and demanded a blood test instead (smart guy; they have to bring you down to the station for that and by that time your BAC is lower), and the results won’t be back until next week.
