She tries her best to stay out of trouble these days and, lucky for Kim Kardashian, a lawsuit filed against her was dismissed earlier this month.

The “Keeping Up Withthe Kardashians” leading lady was taken to court by R&B singer Brandy Norwood’s mother, Sonja Norwood, for supposedly racking up a big bill on the singer’s credit card when Kim was working as her stylist.

In the suit, Norwood accused Kardashian and siblings Khloe, Kourtney and Robert of running up the charges of $120,636 at the family-owned boutique, Dash and Smooch, back in 2006 and 2007.

Kardashian denied the allegations, saying she never used the credit card without authorization and the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice, which means the case cannot be appealed or re-filed.

Living it up across the world, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner were spotted having a blast at the Monte Carlo Television Festival in Monaco today (June 9).

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” ladies looked lovely as they schmoozed with fellow attendees and posed for the paparazzi outside the Grimaldi Forum.

In related news, Kim recently confessed that she used to avoid the workouts suggested by boyfriend Reggie Bush by lying on the phone and staying in bed.

She explained, “My boyfriend always wanted to work out with me. But I never wanted to. He’d get up early and leave workouts for me on the nightstand, but I wouldn’t do them. He’d call to see how I was doing and I’d tell him I was at the gym when I was really in bed.”

But when Reggie said he was heading over to see her at the gym, Kim had a situation on her hands. “I jumped out of bed, threw on my workout clothes and raced to the gym. I hopped on the treadmill just before he got there and I convinced him that I was at the end of my workout.”

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” hotties looked lovely as the hammed it up for the paparazzi outside the Clevelander South Beach Hotel.

Earlier this week, the new boutique was vandalized with graffiti, though the attack was thought to be gang-related rather than directed towards the Kardashians.

Kourtney blogged, “There are rumors flying around the internet this morning saying that our new Dash store in Miami may have been vandalized and broken into today. Lily, our store employee who is with us in Miami for the opening, arrived this morning and discovered that the store window had been vandalized with graffiti.”

She continued, “We want to make it clear that no one was targeting the store or Kim, Khloe and myself, specifically.  The location of the store has remained a secret since we started filming, so there’s no way whoever graffiti’d the store front knew it was Dash. They were just defacing buildings in the area.

“So that’s what happened! We are all really sad that our brand new Miami Dash store that we’ve been working so hard on got graffiti’d, but Kim, Khloe and I are all fine and we won’t let a little thing like this ruin our launch party tomorrow!  And what’s life without a little drama, anyway, right!?”

Taking care of business in the Big Apple, Kim Kardashian was spotted arriving at her New York City hotel on Tuesday afternoon (May 5).

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” cutie was decked out in an all-white ensemble with a black jacket and scarf as her staffer helped her out of the car, leading the way into the hotel entrance.

The trip to NYC follows what was a fun-filled weekend in Kentucky for Miss Kardashian, as she attended the Kentucky Derby festivities.

Joined by her mother, Kris Jenner, the E! reality starlet hosted a big party ahead of the race, also hitting up Churchill Downs on Saturday to witness the huge upset win by 50-1 longshot Mine That Bird.

Kim Kardashian has a thing or several to say about her little sister being booted from the second season of The Celebrity Apprentice after The Donald discovered that the Amazon is an old DUI-driving hussy.

Last night Donald Trump fired Khloe!

I was a little disappointed at how she was given the boot! Trump fired her after saying he’d lost respect for her because she previously had a DUI. She obviously made an awful mistake but definitely has taken responsibility for her actions and we are all very proud of her.

She has always been committed to attending her DUI classes and there was no option, she had to go back to LA to go to a class for a day.

I am so proud Khloe made it this far! The reason she got fired had nothing to do with her work ethic or her performance on the show!

I’m glad she’s home!

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” cutie enjoyed a pampering session including a manicure/pedicure treatment, looking hot in an electric blue dress teamed with a pair of black strappy sandals.

Following her afternoon beauty stop, Miss Kardashian changed up her outfit and headed on out for a night on the town.

Joined by her brother Robert, the 28-year-old dropped by the I “Heart” Ronson Launch Party held at Bar Marmont in support of designer Charlotte Ronson.

Any loyal celebrity gossip follower knows what Kim Kardashian looks like when she bangs. It’s hot stuff.

Days after pics of her Complex photo spread were leaked, the reality TV star is the latest celebrity to come under fire for supposedly packing on a few pounds.

A few websites have uncovered photographic evidence that points to the airbrushing of a few images in the magazine.

So what: I have a little cellulite. What curvy girl doesn’t!? How many people do you think are photo shopped? It happens all the time!
