Fresh off her her Kanye West-induced MTV Video Music Awards fiasco, Taylor Swift was spotted outside of her hotel in New York City on Monday afternoon (September 14).

Showing off a sweet little smile, the country singing cutie looked to be in a cheerful mood as she strolled past paparazzi a day after winning the award for Best Female Video.

As for the much-talked about Kanye incident, during which time he rudely interrupted Miss Swift’s acceptance speech, the hip hop star has twice offered up his apologies for his actions.

Most recently, West wrote on his blog, “I feel like Ben Stiller in ‘Meet the Parents’ when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave. That was Taylor’s moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her.  I am truly sorry.”

Kanye West has apologized for interrupting Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for best female video at the MTV VMA awards in New York last night. The rapper rushed the stage while the 19-year-old country singer accepted an award for her song You Belong With Me, telling the audience that Beyonce should have won for her video Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It). "Taylor, I’m really happy for you, and I’m gonna let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time," said West, as an embarrassed Beyonce looked on from the audience.

"I was standing on the stage and I was really excited because I had just won the award," Swift said after the awards. "And then I was really excited because Kanye West was on the stage. And then I wasn’t so excited anymore after that."

West offered an apology on his blog, but still wrote "Beyonce’s video was the best of this decade!!! I’m Still Happy for Taylor!!!!" It seems he isn’t the only one carrying this sentiment, as Beyonce actually did win the video of the year for Single Ladies, and promptly invited Swift to join her on stage during her acceptance speech. Swift said afterwards "I thought I couldn’t love Beyonce more and then tonight happened."

If Taylor Swift thought she was the only celeb who could put an ex on blast with a scathing diss track, she was sorely mistaken. Taylor’s former Buss It Baby Joe “Shoulda Put A Ring On It” Jonas is hitting back at his former girlfriend in a song on the Jonas Brothers’ new album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times.

Taylor openly discussed the couples’ messy breakup in the track “Forever and Always” on her platinum-selling album Fearless. The Jonas’ took a beating with the under 16 set after Taylor revealed that Joe dumped her in a 2 minute phone call – a claim the 19-year-old crooner vehemently denies.

Now it’s Joe’s turn to do the blasting. Joe bites at Taylor in a track titled “Much Better,” which clearly hints at how he split with Taylor and began dating 300 B.C. actress Camilla Belle, who he refers “much better” in the song. The diss also specifically names Swift’s 2007 song “Tear Drops on My Guitar.”

Always a fan favorite, Taylor Swift rocked the “Today” show stage this morning (May 29) at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City.

The “Should’ve Said No” songstress treated the massive crowd to a selection of her hits including “Love Story” and “You Belong with Me.”

Early this morning, Taylor took to her MySpace blog, revealing that she wasn’t getting the good night’s sleep she was hoping for.

Swift wrote, “So.. This is not smart. This. Being awake at 2:47 AM. You know why? Because my wakeup call is at 5:00 AM. I’m playing on the Today show tomorrow/in a few hours, and I’m very excited about it. So excited, in fact, that I haven’t really gotten around to sleeping.”

She’s no stranger to high-profile industry events, and last night (May 19) Taylor Swift was spotted at the 57th Annual BMI Pop Awards.

The “Should’ve Said No” songstress looked lovely as she arrived at the Beverly Hills shindig, sporting a strapless white dress with beige heels.

And coming up on June 16th, Taylor will be competing in four different categories at the 2009 CMT Awards, where she’ll also be performing.

Miss Swift is up against Sugarland, Brad Paisley, Trace Adkins, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, and Carrie Underwood for Video of the Year.

Continuing her overseas promotional efforts, Taylor Swift was spotted leaving her London hotel on Tuesday afternoon (May 5).

All dressed up, the country sensation signed autographs for fans before heading to the BBC studios to record an edition of “Later with Jools Holland”.

Scheduled to stay in the UK for the rest of the week, Miss Swift is gearing up to take the stage over the weekend.

The 19-year-old is lined up to perform at Radio One’s Big Weekend in Swindon on Saturday
