Kelly Rutherford continues to fight for her children.

The Gossip Girl actress, 46, has arrived in the South of France to attend a Monaco court hearing Thursday in her ongoing custody battle for her two children — son Hermés, 9, and daughter Helena, 6.

Upon her arrival overseas, the mom-of-two posted an inspirational message via Instagram: “Everything will work out. Things will get better. … You are strong. You can do this.”

She went on to post some precious family photos.

After spending the summer together in New York, the actress refused to send her children back to France with their father Daniel Giersch.

As it turns out, the children were forced to say goodbye to their mother in the courthouse and left with their grandmother en route to Monaco.

After the heartbreaking court hearing, the actress said her children’s voices “have not been heard.”

“I walked into a courtroom where everything felt like it was already done. It was a done deal,” she added. “His mother was sitting there with plane tickets, smiling, ready to take them.”

The pair divorced in 2009, and Rutherford has been fighting their parenting plan since 2012, when a California judge ruled that since Giersch’s U.S. visa had been revoked, the children would live with him in Monaco and Rutherford would fly out to visit – even though they technically shared joint custody.
