Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth has one child with her husband Austin Forsyth. Now the fans are convinced that she might have another baby on the way already. If she does, then Joy isn’t revealing it just yet. For her birthday, Joy-Anna went out to dinner with her husband and brother. Her friend Carlin Bates also met them. The picture she shared is what got everyone talking about a possible pregnancy.

Gideon Forsyth is about eight months old. That means it is very possible that Joy-Anna could be pregnant again already. The Duggars don’t use birth control and Joy has said she wants a big family like she grew up with, so more are hopefully coming soon. So far, she only has one child.

As you can see in the picture below, Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth went out to Longhorn Steakhouse for her birthday dinner. She is holding her baby boy right in front of her belly. This made everyone think that she was actually trying to hide a baby bump. Joy could be, but you can’t really tell for sure if she is pregnant. A lot of people hold their babies like that when they are standing up.

Right now, Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth isn’t saying a word about another baby on the way. If she is pregnant, then she will announce it when she is ready. Most people actually wait until they are through their first trimester to announce their pregnancy.

There is also a picture that shows Joy with her friend Carlin Bates. In this photo, you can see more of her belly and fans went crazy they were sure it was a baby bump. It is possible that it is just the way that her sweater fits her, but you never know. You can see there is a chance that there is a bump there.

Some fans were saying that Joy might have not lost all of her baby weight yet. Others were saying that they were sure they were pregnant and even congratulating her on the second baby. So far, Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth is just ignoring the comments and not telling the fans if they are right or not.
