Miley, 22, decided to respond to those pregnancy rumors in the most hilarious way possible! She took to her Instagram account to share a fake ultrasound picture. She captioned the photo:

In the picture, we see Miley getting an ultrasound with the assistance of her assistant — Cheyne Thomas. Miley has been dating Patrick Schwarzenegger, 21, for months now, and that’s why this photo is so clever! Patrick actually owns a pizza joint called Blaze Pizza, so Miley was, in fact, saying that the baby did belong to him.
