Pop superstar Shakira says son Sasha, 21 months, is “back to his cheerful self” after she canceled two major appearances during his recent illness.

“Thanks for all the messages you sent for Sasha while he was sick,” the Hips Don’t Lie hitmaker, 39, Instagrammed the sweet selfie with her tot. “Everything is under control now, and he’s back to his cheerful self!”

Later that day, the Colombian pop star posted a photo of Sasha playing with his nearly 4-year-old brother Milan.

On Monday, the mom-of-two canceled her scheduled performances for Thursday’s Latin GRAMMYs and Sunday’s American Music Awards.

“Due to personal matters, I won’t be able to travel to Las Vegas and LA to attend the @LatinGRAMMYs or the @AMAs this year,” she tweeted.

She added: “I will be accompanying @carlosvives in spirit @LatinGRAMMYs, celebrating this incredible year that we’ve shared together with #LaBicicleta.”

Us Weekly is going full-throttle with their royal coverage, and I’m starting to find it suspicious. At this point, I honestly believe the story of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s courtship, which is that they were introduced last spring and that it got serious very quickly, and that Harry is crazy in-love with her. But here’s what I also believe: that Harry’s team (the same team he shares with William and Kate) is doing an epic girlfriend rollout. And I’m not sure why. When he was dating Cressida Bonas, SHE was the one spreading information about herself and their relationship. So far, I can’t tell if Meghan’s PR team is doing much, which might just be evidence of how good they are – I can’t find her fingerprints on most of these stories. But it absolutely feels like a royal rollout and that Harry wants people to know about Meghan. Which might be even more evidence of how serious it is for him. Anyway, Us Weekly’s cover story this week is about how Meghan met Prince William and Harry is thinking about proposing.

Big bro approves! Meghan Markle had already met Prince Harry’s father, Prince Charles, when news of their romance went public. But on her most recent visit to London, she got acquainted with another member of the royal family — Prince William. Sources reveal in the new issue of Us Weekly that Prince Harry introduced his older brother to the Suits star and philanthropist while she was staying at Kensington Palace last week.

“William met Meghan,” one insider tells Us. “They got on fabulously. I’m sure Harry had been looking forward to introducing his girlfriend.” Adds another source, “Naturally, William is very happy for his brother.”

Markle, 35, spent much of her London visit with Harry at Kensington Palace in his Nottingham Cottage abode after Suits — which she films in Toronto — went on hiatus until early January. “It was a low-key visit,” says the source. There were rumors that the couple would make their first public appearance at an England vs. South Africa rugby match on November 12, but Us exclusively reported that Markle returned to Toronto on Thursday, November 10, and no such plans were made.

However it won’t be long until they’re reunited. Sources tell Us that after Harry completes his 14-day official tour of the Caribbean on December 4, the prince has plans to take Markle away on a romantic trip. (Us is keeping the location private for security reasons.) “It will be a one-week trip,” says the source. “There are just a few details left to finalize.”

And it seems that Harry’s valor is making Markle feel like, well, a princess. “It may not seem like they have been together for long, but it’s been very intense,” says a friend of the actress and U.N. Women advocate. “They’re super serious and can see a long future together.”

“Us is keeping the location private for security reasons”??? Or Us Weekly doesn’t know. Or Us Weekly is getting info from Poor Jason and Jason is trying to stretch it out because…?? I actually have a theory about this! I’ve been saying for a long time that Harry needs his own dedicated staffers, especially his own communications staff, separate from William and Harry. There are just too many times when the KP communications staff throw Harry under the bus to make Will and Kate look better. And I suspect that there’s something larger happening with Will and Kate right now, something that KP doesn’t want us to pay any attention to, so they’re pushing these Harry-Meghan stories. Does that mean that Harry and Meghan’s relationship is any less real or intense? Of course not. But I just think they’re both being used in service of something Will and/or Kate want.

Spy Kids actress Alexa PenaVega covers the December/January issue of Fit Pregnancy and Baby and opens up about her first pregnancy with husband, Big Time Rush star Carlos PenaVega.

On her road to pregnancy: “We tried to get pregnant for a good six months without luck. When it’s not working, you think, ‘Is there something wrong with me?’ I struggled with an eating disorder when I was younger. It was a big part of my life, and I was worried that I wasn’t getting pregnant because of some long-term damage from what I’d put my body through. Even though my doctor said I was healthy, I felt so guilty about it. It’s such an emotional ride, and you blame yourself for everything. What brought me peace was my faith in knowing that it would happen when it was supposed to happen.”

On their sex life: “I started using an ovulation kit that gives you a happy face when it’s a good time to try. Carlos was rehearsing for Grease: Live at the time, and I’d text him, ‘Baby, you need to get home now.’ I found there’s such a difference between having sex when you’re trying for a kid and when you aren’t. For us, sex became so much more intimate, beautiful, and passionate when we were trying. Suddenly the realization hits you: ‘Oh my God, we could be starting another life!’ That brought us so much closer. Of course, once I got pregnant, I felt so bad for him, because between the puking and exhaustion, I was just done. Carlos kept saying, ‘I can’t wait for that horny state to kick in.’ He hasn’t read any of the books, but he knew about the horny state! Now, in my third trimester, I’m finally getting riled up again.”

On when she discovered her pregnancy: “After a vacation I took a pregnancy test and then tried not to look at it, because I’d seen so many negative ones already. But this time it said ‘Pregnant.’ I just stared at myself in the mirror, and then I started pacing back and forth. Even though we wanted it for so long, I thought, ‘Oh my God, are we ready?’ Carlos was getting bags out of our car, and I ran outside and called him—not like ‘Babe!’ but more [guttural] like ‘Carlooooos!’ He looked up, and I blurted out, ‘I’m pregnant!’ There was nothing sweet or romantic about it. And he did not believe me. He literally started looking around for cameras.”

On bonding with her growing baby: “Women told me how connected they felt to their baby. I wanted to feel that way too, but I didn’t at first, and it was really getting me down. We’d get the ultrasound pictures, and they just didn’t feel real. I even thought, ‘Could I have prenatal depression?’ But now, at 29 weeks, I finally get it. It wasn’t until I could really feel my son move that I understood what everyone else was talking about.”

On finding out the baby’s gender: “We were so convinced that we were having a girl that we picked out a name and called the baby that. Big mistake. I’d focused on what I thought was a little girl in my tummy, and when the doctor told us it was a boy, I felt a little crushed, like she just disappeared. Of course, now I’m so in love with my son that I’d feel robbed if it were a girl. But I wish I would’ve held off on allowing myself to get attached in the first place.”

On her birth plan: “I’d like to have a natural birth, but I don’t know how I’m going to feel on the actual day. I might get an epidural after five minutes. That’s why I don’t want to have any birth plan set in stone. You never know how your body will react to labor….Carlos will be with me during the delivery. And while we love our families, we’ve already told them that we don’t want any visitors at the hospital. This is our new family and a special moment for my husband and me to share.”

On Sunday Ben Affleck went to church with his probably on-again wife, Jennifer Garner, and their kids. He was carrying baked goods. We very rarely see him going to church with her so many people are taking this as a sign that they’re back together, or at least that they’re heading that way. It’s been a year and a half since the nanny scandal, they still seem to be living together, (even if he’s in a separate home on their estate allegedly), and they still speak highly of each other to the press. So it could be on again, or this could be one of the most amicable separations we’ve seen. Maybe they’re in that kind of bizarre limbo that many couples find themselves in where they don’t want to fully commit to being a couple again but don’t want to give each other’s company up either. At least they’re keeping it nice for their kids, right? Here are ET’s signs that these two are getting back together.

1. The two attend church together on Sundays and still remain close as a family
On Sunday, Ben and Jennifer were spotted attending church services with their three children, daughters Violet, 10, and Seraphina, 7, and 4-year-old son Samuel. The two have continued to closely co-parent their children together since announcing their separation last year.

2. They voted together in the 2016 election
The couple that votes together, stays together? Ben and Jen — both outspoken Hillary Clinton supporters — were snapped voting together at a polling place near their Los Angeles home last Tuesday, proudly sporting their “I Voted” stickers.

3. They still live together
Jennifer and Ben, both 44, are still living together in their home in Los Angeles more than a year after announcing their split.

“He still lives on the property in Brentwood, California, but in separate living quarters,” a source told ET…

4. They haven’t filed any divorce papers
In perhaps one of the biggest signs Jennifer and Ben could be reconciling is the fact that no divorce papers have been filed since they announced their breakup.

Yes these are obvious signs but ET isn’t telling any lies. We’ve seen all these things for months. It could be true that Ben is just ramping up promotion for Live By Night, but that’s not out until January. These two have reached some kind of truce or understanding or maybe things are good for them again. Marriage is complicated and can be difficult for some couples. It does seem like fidelity should be a basic requirement, but it isn’t for everyone. Some people just want a family and the security they think comes along with that. I know that if I was Jennifer Garner I would have kicked Ben Affleck to the curb a long time ago, but she has her own reasons.

Whenever the tabloids tried to make “George Clooney & Angelina Jolie hate each other” into a thing, I always think back to the Newsweek roundtable discussion Jolie and Clooney participated in back in 2008, for the Oscar season. While Clooney and Jolie didn’t seem like BFFs, it was clear that they were friendly and on good terms. Fun fact: Marion Cotillard was also part of that roundtable! Such a wicked web. Anyway, the tabs have been trying to make it sound like Jolie and Clooney hated each other for years. The only story I really believed was that Angelina was bitchy to Stacy Keibler, just because… that seems like something that would happen. The current issue of Star is trying to make the Clooney-Jolie Beef into something again, this time with an added twist that finally Brad Pitt and George get to be bros again now that the Villainess Jolie has been jettisoned. And Amal made it happen!

The legendary bromance between Brad Pitt and George Clooney is back on! Source confirm that with Angelina Jolie out of the picture, George finally felt comfortable enough to reach out to his old friend.

“Angie never liked George and drove a real wedge between him and Brad,” explains a mutual pal. “But George is a very forgiving guy and wants to be there for his buddy as he goes through his divorce.”

In fact, it was George’s wife, Amal, who encouraged her hubby to reach out to Pitt, says the insider: “She knows how much not having Brad around has hurt him.”

Now the A-list dudes are making up for lost time.

“Their catch-up drink turned into an emotional, five-hour talk,” reveals the source. “It’s a huge help to the poor guy – Brad’s finally got his friend in his corner.”

Just my opinion: George and Brad were never BFFs in the first place. They were friends and colleagues and they liked each other. People wanted them to be BFFs and they used that communal desire to sell three Ocean’s movies. Besides, right at this moment, George is directing a movie and he probably has zero time to spend hours at a wine-soaked Pitt cryfest. Now, do I think George will absolutely be on Team Pitt in the upcoming Jolie-Pitt War? Sure. Absolutely. I think most people will be on Brad’s side. He’s Hollywood’s Golden Boy and Angelina is The Villainess. We’ll see.

Bad Moms star Mila Kunis stepped out on Tuesday (November 15). Donning a striped top and maternity jeans, the expectant mama, 33, was seen on her cell phone in Studio City, Calif.

On Sunday, we spotted the actress and husband Ashton Kutcher enjoying breakfast with their 2-year-old daughter Wyatt in Beverly Hills.

The day after, we saw The Ranch actor, 38, taking their toddler to preschool in Studio City.

Last week, we spotted the expectant mama chatting with a police officer in L.A.

On Halloween night, we saw Mila and Wyatt trick-or-treating in their L.A. neighborhood.

And last month, we spotted Mila and Ashton at the Dodgers game in L.A.

The couple expect their second child – a son – any day now.

True story: I love Tony Bennett. I think he’s an international treasure and I admire his long-standing anti-war pacifism. He’s admirable in many ways. But I guess I never realized that his personal life was kind of messy? He’s currently on his third marriage, to Susan Benedetto. Tony is 90 years old. Susan is forty years younger, having just turned 50 years old this year. Well, here’s an added creepy layer: Tony Bennett first met Susan when she was in utero, because Susan’s mom went backstage to meet Tony at a concert in 1966. *shiver*

Decades before they fell in love, Tony Bennett met his wife Susan Benedetto — while she was still in her mother’s belly. In his new book Just Getting Started, Bennett writes that his first encounter with Benedetto was when her mother was pregnant with her. He was 40 years old. According to the book (out Tuesday) Benedetto’s parents, Marion and Dayl Crow, were dedicated Bennett fans. In 1966, they attended one of his shows in New York City. The Crows went backstage to pose for a picture with the twinkly-eyed, Italian-American vocalist.

“As fate would have it, Marion was pregnant at the time with … Susan!” writes Bennett. “It’s a photo we all laugh about, knowing the incredible turn of events that followed.”

Benedetto’s parents raised her to the sound of songs like Bennett’s “I Left My Heart in San Francisco” and “The Way You Look Tonight.” As a teenager, Benedetto became the president of Bennett’s fan club in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, the book explains. Nineteen-year-old Benedetto finally met her future husband after requesting to meet him backstage after a show.

“It tickled me that someone of her age was so devoted to my music,” Bennett writes. “I not only agreed to say hello to her backstage but asked her to be my date for the evening, and that’s how it all really began, foreshadowed by a backstage photo taken in 1966!”

Bennett had been married twice before and had four children. But that didn’t stop him. He and Benedetto dated for 20 years before getting married in 2007. Though the ceremony was intimate, Benedetto was just happy to marry the man who continues to be her music icon.

“He’s always romantic – every day,” said Benedetto in an interview with PEOPLE. According to Just Getting Started, the big age difference was never a point of contention for the couple. “I can’t say that we didn’t notice the age difference when we first met,” writes Bennett. “But I can say that after all of these years together, we don’t notice it much now. We’re compatible in all ways.”

What. The. F—k. This whole story is just so… wrong! On so many levels. It’s like Susan’s parents groomed her to be Tony Bennett’s third wife! And what the hell was he thinking as a 60-year-old man, asking her to be his date when she was only 19 years old? And they didn’t marry for 20 years… ugh. So creepy. Yes, I still think Tony Bennett is a treasure, but that doesn’t mean I cosign any part of this. It’s like a Tina Fey & Amy Poehler skit.

Congratulations are in order for Jurnee Smollett and Josiah Bell.

The Friday Night Lights alum, 30, and her musician husband welcomed their first child – son Hunter Zion Bell – she announced via Instagram Tuesday.

“Hunter Zion Bell. So in love with our little man,” the actress captioned the image cuddling her newborn wrapped in a blanket.

The proud new papa also announced their son’s birth via Instagram.

“He’s here…Hunter Zion Bell……@jurneebell I’m so in love!” he captioned the image of his finger in the newborn’s hand.

In June, the Underground actress announced her first pregnancy.

“He+Me+Baby= Three. So in love with this beautiful blessing God has given us. #WeArePregnant!!” she captioned the image cradling her baby bump.

The couple were wed in October 2010. Congratulations to them!

In case you haven’t noticed a bunch Republicans running around with their hair on fire, here’s what’s been happening with President-Elect Donald Trump’s transition, one week after his election: utter and total f—king chaos. For those of us paying attention to his quixotic and destructive campaign, it’s no surprise. So why are GOPers acting so surprised? I don’t know. Maybe they’re only now realizing that electing a pants-sh-tting temperamental toddler to the highest office in the land was a bad idea. There are about a million stories of how badly Trump’s transition has gone thus far (Week 1, remember), but Vanity Fair has a good summary here. Some highlights:

Chris Christie has been pushed out. That happened last week. Christie was head of the transition team, and Jared Kushner (Trump’s son-in-law) had Christie demoted, because Kushner has always hated Christie. Mike Pence was brought in to head the transition team, except that it seems like Pence’s first order of business was literally burning everything to the ground – Christie had already spent months creating hundreds of shortlists for the 4,000 positions Trump will have to fill, and Pence, it seems, has thrown everything out and is now starting from scratch. Now that Pence is in charge, everything is devolving even further into chaos, and everyone is leaking and in-fighting.

The Stalin-esque Purge. Those aren’t my words. Those are the words of former congressman Mike Rogers, who resigned from the Trump transition team yesterday. Sources told NBC that Rogers actually got pushed out in a “Stalin-esque purge.” It will be the first of many, America.

Trump has turned the transition into a beauty pageant. Not really, but this is what VF writes: “Now, a group of ardent Trump loyalists—including Pence, Priebus, Bannon, Kushner, and Alabama senator Jeff Sessions—are steering the ship, Politico reports, each competing for influence as Trump seeks to complete his cabinet.” They’re all competing for Trump to declare them the prettiest transition member!

Some cabinet positions are already in the bag. Sort of. Rudy Giuliani is looking more like a sure thing for Secretary of State. Laura Ingraham will be press secretary. Sarah Palin for Interior. Trump is rewarding the people who were early supporters and long-time loyalists.

Corey Lewandowski is probably out though. Corey left his CNN job in a hurry once Trump won, and he reportedly wanted a position in Trump’s administration. But Jared Kushner – who seems to have a creepy amount of influence over his father-in-law – hates Corey and will not allow it. Reince Priebus apparently hates Lewandowski too.

The transition team didn’t show up for meetings. Members of the transition were supposed to get in-person briefings in Washington for DoD and DoE (Energy). Sources also say that Trump people have been asking Obama’s people to provide them with Republican names of who should fill their positions.

Ted Cruz for Attorney General. This made my blood run cold. Cruz is being “considered” for AG. Don’t do it, Trump! Please don’t do that.

Meanwhile, all of this is happening while Trump literally hides out in Trump Tower. He’s been in Trump Tower ever since his day-long trip to Washington last Thursday, which is where Obama (literally) scared the sh-t out of him. I honestly think Trump hates everything about being president so far.

And finally, a conservative (neo-con, honestly) national security guy named Eliot A. Cohen tried to work with Trump’s national security team and he left after one meeting. He wrote an op-ed about it (complete with references to “palace coups” and “unquestioned loyalty”) and tweeted this:

I don’t know what took so long, but I finally just did my first full-on social media creep on Meghan Markle. Her Instagram game is pretty tight – she’s not a total Kardashian with endless selfies, nor is she one of those people endlessly taking photos of her food, nor is she constantly posting random, cryptic quotes about the meaning of life in an attempt to feign depth. She posts photos of her dogs, flowers, friends, famous people and charity stuff. And yes, some food photos, but it’s not overboard. Anyway, a lot of media outlets have gone through Meghan’s Instagram with a fine-toothed comb and they’ve come across something interesting: Meghan constantly wears a blue-beaded bracelet, and Prince Harry often wears a matching blue-beaded bracelet when he’s doing events too.

First comes love, then comes jewelry—just not the diamond kind. Instead, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are sporting what appear to be matching beaded bracelets. The Suits star has worn a strikingly similar band on her wrist for months, easily spotted in photos shared on her Instagram account.

Most recently, the 32-year-old Prince Harry of Wales [sic] was seen with the bracelet on in London on Tuesday on his way to a rehearsal for the Joyful Noise choir for NAZ, a sexual health charity. Prince Harry has been a staunch supporter of providing sexual resources to communities, particularly HIV testing, which he personally underwent live on Facebook to destigmatize the disease. While Harry was busy applauding the group, photographers captured the colorful beaded bracelet clearly hanging from his wrist—a subtle sign that even while his leading lady wasn’t with him, Markle wasn’t too far away.

I’ve always liked the fact that Harry likes some man-jewelry, and this isn’t the first time he’s worn bracelets that seem to have some kind of personal or charitable significance. I do wonder if the bracelets were his idea or her idea. Hm…what do you think? Is he the one who is like, “baby, I think we should wear matching bracelets, because we’re so in love?” I kind of think he’s that guy.
