New mom Olivia Wilde covers the April issue of Shape and dishes on family life with fiancé Jason Sudeikis and their son Otis, 11 months. The Lazarus Effect actress, 31, pens a personal essay, touching on how Hollywood’s new moms are expected to “bounce back” quickly after giving birth.

On her post-baby body: “After giving birth, I joined the ranks of millions of new mothers when I moaned, ‘Why do I still look pregnant? Is there another one stuck in there?’ I am not in perfect shape. In fact, I’m softer than I’ve ever been, including that unfortunate semester in high school when I simultaneously discovered Krispy Kreme and pot. The photos of me in this magazine have been generously constructed to show my best angles, and I assure you, good lighting has been warmly embraced. The truth is, I’m a mother, and I look like one.”

On the first weeks of motherhood: “First of all, you haven’t seen your vagina in months, even though it’s all her fault you’re in this situation. Now that you can finally confirm that she is, in fact, still there, she isn’t the gal that you remember, and would rather you back off and give her some space (and an ice diaper) for the time being, thank you very much.”

On getting back in the workout groove: “If I wasn’t at work, I just wanted to stay home and party with my little man—and by ‘party’ I mean, of course, endless rounds of the ‘Itsy Bitsy Spider.’ Also, I like beer. And pizza. And these two ingredients are not found in the purely fictional book I like to call How to Look Like You Never Made a Human: A Guide to Socially Acceptable Motherhood.”

On her exercise philosophy: “I believe in a world where mothers are not expected to shed any physical evidence of their child-bearing experience. In that same world I believe there is space for exercise to be as much a gift to your brain as it is your body. I don’t want to waste my time striving for some subjective definition of perfection. I’d rather rebuild my strength while dancing my ass off…literally.”

Earlier this month, the actress posted a photo of her budding actress. In the sweet shot, Birdie is seen reenacting a scene from Full House at her school’s talent show.

The Talk co-host Sara Gilbert, 40, and her musician wife Linda Perry, 49, stepped out for a stroll with their newborn son Rhodes on Monday (March 30) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Perry pushed her firstborn child in the stroller while her wife grabbed a coffee to go.

Baby Rhodes arrived on Feb. 28, it was announced on Gilbert’s talk show.

The newborn is Gilbert’s first child with Perry. The Roseanne alum is also mom to daughter Sawyer, 7½, and son Levi, 10, from her previous relationship with Allison Adler.

Gilbert announced the pregnancy news on The Talk back in September. The actress, who carried baby Rhodes, has remained mum on the identity of their sperm donor.

Grammy Award-winning singer Michael Bublé and his 19-month-old son Noah enjoyed a dance party while watching an episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.

In an adorable video posted via Facebook, Bublé and his toddler sang and danced to the catchy tune. “Argentina dance party !!!!!!!! #Rave #home #vacation #hotdog #imwiththedj,” the Canadian crooner, 39, captioned the clip.

Bublé performed in Dubai earlier this month and appears to be taking a well-deserved family vacation in his wife Luisana Lopilato‘s home country of Argentina.

Jersey Shore alum Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi baptized her 6-month-old daughter Giovanna on Sunday (March 29).

The reality star, 27, Instagrammed a pic with pal Stephanie Greiner, whom was named Giovanna’s godmother. “Baptized Giovanna today! Steph’s a godmother @stephanie_b22,” Snooki captioned the shot.

The mom-of-two looked lovely in a white dress with cutouts and a colorful floral pattern. Meanwhile, Giovanna stole the show in a dress with blue ruffles for the affair.

Stephanie also posted a photo of Snooki’s little girl, captioning the pic, “God daughter.”

Former co-star and BFF Jenni “JWoww” Farley also attended the baptism and brought along her own daughter, Meilani, 8 months.

“Maaaaaa I’m over all the kisses… @snookinic,” JWoww captioned a photo from the afternoon event.
