Here is your Open Post for the second presidential candidate debate, airing tonight at 9 pm on every single channel on your television. Hillary Clinton has not been in front of any cameras since the Trump Tape dropped on Friday afternoon/evening. She has not made any public appearances, and by all accounts, she has been diligently prepping for the debate with mock town-halls. Trump, on the other hand, couldn’t even pay attention for 30 full minutes when he tried to do a mock town-hall last week, and that was before the Access Hollywood tape came out. Now there are reports that Trump basically spent the weekend holed up in Trump Tower, stewing in his own orange pervert juices and growing madder and more unhinged as big-name Republicans began fleeing the Trumpster Fire.

There’s actually a lot of cause for concern on all fronts. An animal is at its most dangerous when it’s wounded, and that’s applicable here. No one knows what Donald Trump is going to do in the debate, how far he will go and what he will try to hang on Hillary. No one even knows what kind of language he’ll use, if he’ll actually try to apologize again or if he’s just going to attack, attack, attack. But that’s why HRC’s silence is so important too: sources say that Clinton made a conscious choice not to respond to Trump on camera this weekend because she wanted her reaction to have the biggest impact on live TV, on the debate stage, in front of tens of millions of viewers. While I do think Trump is going to say some nasty sh-t to HRC to her face, I also think that the reaction in the room is going to be immediate and Trump will obviously overplay his (tiny, delicate, child-like) hand.

Reportedly, debate moderators Martha Raddatz and Anderson Cooper are already allocating the first few questions of the night to the Trump Tape. And a coin toss means that Hillary Clinton gets the first question. Which is… wow. The first few minutes are going to be amazing. Also: some political commentators are trying to make this a thing: “Should Hillary shake Donald Trump’s hand?” Why is that a thing? What is she going to do, ball up her fists and stomp her feet when she sees him? HRC is a seasoned pro – please don’t make this about juvenile “she shouldn’t even touch him!” bulls—t.

Die Hard star Bruce Willis and daughter Evelyn, 2, got festive with matching eye patches in a new Instagram image.

“Shiver me timbers! #yohoyohoapirateslifeforme,” the actor’s wife Emma Heming Willis captioned the cute snapshot of the daddy-daughter pirates.

In July, Emma shared a sweet snap of the Pulp Fiction star, 61, cuddling their 4-year-old daughter Mabel.

Bruce is also dad to daughters Rumer, 28, Scout, 25, and Tallulah, 22, with his ex-wife, Ghost actress Demi Moore.

Dawson’s Creek alum James Van Der Beek got festive with his four kids: daughters Olivia, 6, Annabel, 2, and Emilia, 6 months, and son Joshua, 4.

“Bouncy castles make parenting more fun @mr_bones_pumpkins,” the CSI: Cyber star, 39, Instagrammed the image with his kids at Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in Los Angeles, Calif.

The actor’s wife Kimberly also shared a shot from their festive afternoon.

“YAS! @mr_bones_pumpkins #ohmygourd!” she Instagrammed the image.

James and Kimberly welcomed their fourth child on March 23 at home, he announced via Instagram.

“Happy to share that two days ago, Kimberly and I were lucky enough to welcome a little baby girl into the world,” he wrote at the time.

New mom Lucy Liu posted a photo with 1-year-old son Rockwell via Instagram Saturday.

“A little culture with my little one @whitneymuseum #carmenherreralinesofsight,” the Charlie’s Angels star, 47, captioned the image babywearing her son at the museum.

The single mom celebrated her son’s milestone birthday in August.

The Ally McBeal alum surprised fans with her baby news in August 2015.

Cradling the newborn in an Instagram image, the Elementary actress wrote: “Introducing the new little man in my life, my son Rockwell Lloyd Liu. In ?.”

Liu’s rep then announced: “I can confirm that Lucy Liu is the proud mother of Rockwell Lloyd Liu, brought into the world via gestational carrier. Mom and baby are healthy and happy.”

New mom Briana Jungwirth shared a sweet snapshot of 8-month-old son Freddie via Instagram Saturday.

“Blondie,” the stylist, 23, captioned the image of her baby boy she shares with Louis Tomlinson.

Last month, she shared another cute photo of their growing boy.

The Los Angeles-based stylist and the One Direction singer, 24, welcomed their son on Jan. 22.

Reportedly, Tomlinson is taking legal action to stop photographs of his son published without his permission. According to insiders, the pop star is concerned about paparazzi photos as well as online images posted on Jungwirth’s social media pages.

In addition, the co-parents are reportedly in a custody battle over the tot as the British pop star wants to see his son more often.

She’s got that glow!

An expectant Katherine Heigl stepped out with husband Josh Kelley on Saturday (October 8). After lunching together, the happy couple were all smiles while grabbing some drinks to go in Los Feliz, Calif.

The Grey’s Anatomy alum, 37, recently dished on her pregnancy cravings.

“[I’m] trying really hard to stop [eating junk food],” Heigl said. “Just eat one donut a week. Just have one and then stop thinking about it.”

She added: “If I’m not on set, I don’t think about them that much. And I don’t eat them because they’re not around. But on set, crafty always has a plethora of doughnuts in really pretty pink boxes, and I can’t stop thinking about them. It’s lovely, actually, because I feel absolutely no responsibility for my behavior at all. It’s great.”

The pregnant actress – who is expecting a son with Kelley – is currently filming the upcoming TV drama, Doubt, while strategically hiding her baby bump in the scenes.

“Today was really impressive,” Heigl shared. “I had to come up to my desk, and I didn’t know that they had strategically placed [a desk lamp]. They were like, ‘Katie, would you mind taking a small step to your right?’ And I looked down and this lamp was right there. That’s clever.”

Heigl and Kelley – who were wed 2007 – are already parents to daughters Naleigh, 7, and Adalaide, 4.

The proud mama recently shared a shot of Adalaide cuddling her baby cousin.

“Adalaide’s getting ready for her baby brother by practicing with her adorable cousin Ward! #cutecousins #gorgeouskids thanks for the frameable pic aunt @cassiemkelley!” Heigl captioned the image with her nephew Ward, the son of Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley.

Meet Anacã Nicoli!

New mom Candice Swanepoel shared the first snapshot of her newborn son with Hermann Nicoli via Instagram Saturday.

“Life is sweet. Anacan (Anacã) 5th-October -2016,” the Victoria’s Secret model, 27, captioned the image of her baby boy.

On Friday, Swanepoel’s photographer friend Jerome Duran announced their son’s arrival on social media.

“THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MAMA Congratulations!!@angelcandices @hermannicoli Welcome Anacã!!! Already sooo much LOVE for you and the new family,” he captioned an image of the model cradling her bare baby bump.

In August, the South African beauty celebrated a safari-themed baby shower. At that time, her son’s name was first revealed.

While the new parents have been together for more than a decade, Nicoli proposed in August 2015.

They announced their pregnancy news in March.

The thing about being a fan of Alec Baldwin’s history of impressions is that I know that his Donald Trump started out as his Robert DeNiro impression. That being said, Baldwin’s Trump impression is really, really good. Anyway, in the wake of the #TrumpTape, wherein Donald Trump bragged about sexually assaulting women back in 2005, SNL must have completely rewritten their Cold Open debate sketch so that it focus on Trump’s deplorableness. The result was a “breaking news” cut-in on the VP debate sketch so that Baldwin’s Trump could say “p-ssy” three times on air. Considering CNN was dropping the p-bomb every ten minutes on Friday night, I think SNL earned this.

It’s funny, but it’s mostly funny because of Kate McKinnon’s continued amazingness as Hillary Clinton. I could watch Kate-as-HRC drinking champagne from the bottle all night long. Also, Baldwin’s hand gestures are disgustingly perfect. *shiver*

Here are some photos of Kristen Stewart out and about in New York this week. She was in town for the New York Film Festival to promote some of her new films. Judging solely by the paparazzi photos of Kristen out on the street, Alicia Cargile did not make the trip to NYC. Alicia and Kristen have been on-and-off for several years. They were notably “off” this spring when Kristen took up with French actress Soko, although the whirlwind romance died out before the Cannes Film Festival, which is where we learned that Kristen had rekindled her romance with Alicia. Alicia and Kristen were seemingly loved-up throughout the summer. But now… maybe not? Because it’s looking more and more like Kristen has a new girlfriend: 34-year-old singer St. Vincent (Annie Clark).

You can see more photos of Kristen and St. Vincent here and here. I don’t mind that Kristen is young and having fun and dating different people. But I do feel sorry for Alicia Cargile. I feel like Alicia is Kristen’s placeholder girlfriend, the one Kristen goes to in between flings and crazier relationships. Alicia is the steady one, the one who will always be a shoulder to cry on. And if that’s true (I have no idea if it is), Alicia needs to cut her loses and start afresh with someone else. While St. Vincent doesn’t seem as crazy as Soko, St. Vincent’s last relationship was with Cara Delevingne and… I don’t know, that doesn’t really speak in her favor. Kristen will run back to Alicia in a few months and I hope Alicia has already moved on by then.

There’s been widespread condemnation of Donald Trump following the release of the Access Hollywood tape from 2005, in which Trump flat-out brags and laughs about sexually assaulting women. The condemnation makes me feel better, although I think the fact that Donald Trump is the GOP’s candidate for president says awful things about our country. Like, while Trump’s words on the tape were deplorable and shocking, they weren’t surprising. Many people, men and women, have known what kind of monster Donald Trump was and is. Still, for a Hillary Clinton supporter like me, the past 24 hours have been full of schadenfreude. HRC issued one simple statement:

Melania Trump has come out of hiding to issue a statement (which you know she didn’t write herself). She says: “The words my husband used are unacceptable and offensive to me. This does not represent the man that I know. He has the heart and mind of a leader. I hope people will accept his apology, as I have, and focus on the important issues facing our nation and the world.” NOPE. Do you think he even apologized to her? I’ll say it again: some days I actually do feel sorry for Melania.

And finally, the Trump tape really has given us a national conversation about rape culture. Kelly Oxford started the hashtag #NotOkay and women have been telling their stories about sexual harassment and assault. I could only read the tweets for a few minutes – I got too upset by everything, honestly.
