Bump, there it is!

Expectant mama Geri Halliwell debuted her baby bump Monday alongside her Spice Girls bandmate Emma Bunton.

“Amazing night , @emmaleebunton – she presented me my @attitude award . Felt so good to share the joy . #mamaspice,” Halliwell, 44, Instagrammed the image.

Baby Spice also posted a photo with Ginger Spice.

“Congratulations to my gorgeous friend @therealgerihalliwell! Another #SpiceBaby on the way!” Bunton, 40, wrote via Instagram.

The former Spice Girls reunited at the Attitude Awards 2016 in London, where Bunton presented Halliwell with the Honourary Gay Award.

Earlier that day, Ginger Spice announced her second pregnancy.

This will be her first child with Formula1 racing team boss husband Christian Horner, 42.

The baby will join 10-year-old big sister Bluebell Madonna, Halliwell’s daughter with ex-boyfriend, screenwriter Sacha Gervasi.

Now for our daily Donald Trump post (which we’ll be doing from here to election day, maybe?). Can you believe that Donald Trump has basically managed to change the subject away from his deplorable “grab them by the p-ssy” comments? People are still talking about the comments, obviously, but throughout Tuesday, cable news had moved on to discussing Trump’s “war” with Paul Ryan and the GOP establishment, which left all of the p-ssy talking to Trump’s son Eric. Eric told the Colorado Gazette that his father just loves to brag about sexually assaulting women because: “It’s locker room banter. I think sometimes when guys are together they get carried away, and sometimes that’s what happens when alpha personalities are in the same presence. At the same time, I’m not saying it’s right. It’s not the person that he is.” Yes, Donald Trump, Billy Bush and the Access Hollywood Teamsters are the alpha males of our time. Meanwhile, Donald Trump appeared on The O’Reilly Factor last night and he said many words. Some highlights:

When asked how he would win back women voters: “Well, first of all locker room talk and most people have heard it before. I’ve had a lot of women come up to me and say, ‘Boy, I’ve heard that and I’ve heard a lot worse than that over my life.’ If that’s why I’m going to lose an election to get rid of Isis and to create strong borders and rebuild our military and do all the things we’re going to do, including Supreme Court judges and saving the Second Amendment because it’s under siege with Hillary Clinton — or as I call her crooked Hillary, which is what she is — if that’s what it’s going to take to lose an election, that would be pretty sad. Then I have to go back to my other life. But I tell you what, I think we’re going to win the election, Bill.”

His war with Paul Ryan: “The fact is, I think we should get support and we don’t get the support from guys like Paul Ryan. I’m just tired of nonsupport and I don’t really want his support. This happens all the time – if you sneeze, he calls up and announces, ‘Isn’t that a terrible thing.’ So look, I don’t want his support, I don’t care about his support.”

[From Politico & People]

Let’s break this down. Women have come up to Donald Trump and said “Boy, I’ve heard that and I’ve heard a lot worse than that over my life.” Yes. That’s the point. Women have been subject to appalling sexual harassment all their lives. That’s not the reason to vote for Donald Trump. And it’s not an excuse either!! Jesus. As for “if that’s what it’s going to take to lose an election, that would be pretty sad.” As in, Trump thinks it’s sad that women – whom he thinks of as disposable playthings, objects, and voiceless and agency-free pieces of ass merely in the world for his amusement – would cost him the election. It’s sad to him that women would be disgusted by his words and actions… which is happening, by the way. Nate Silver has been analyzing the gender split of the polls in the field post-Trump Tape and apparently the gender divide is unprecedented. SAD!

Break it down!

Grammy Award-winning singer Kelly Clarkson and daughter River Rose, 2, got groovy in their kitchen and shared their dance moves via Twitter Tuesday.

Clarkson tweeted, “.@followtheblonde challenge accepted by me & River Rose 4 #DiabetesDanceDare I now challenge the whole cast of @NBCTheVoice & @gwenstefani.”

Similar to the Ice Bucket Challenge, the Diabetes Dance Dare helps raise funds and awareness for diabetes.

The mother-daughter duo got funky to Salt-N-Pepa’s Push It. Check out the cute clip below…

I used to call Khloe Kardashian a “sad doll.” For a while there, Khloe just looked so plastic, so fake and so depressed that Sad Doll Kardashian really fit. But the new Sad Doll is obviously Kylie Jenner. I can’t believe how sad this 19-year-old young woman is. Kylie covers the latest issue of Complex and these photos are just the worst. She looks like the brunette version of that Human Barbie woman. As for the interview, there’s no real reason for it. I mean, she’s not really promoting anything (Lip Kits don’t count). She just talks about how much she lied about her lip injections. And she talks about her creepy relationship with Tyga. So gross. Some highlights:

Going topless on the Complex cover: “I’m comfortable with my body, but not that comfortable. I’m not going to be walking around like that with a bunch of guys there.”

Living with herself: “At the end of the day I have to live with everything I do. I’m just proud of myself for not going crazy. Tyga helped me with that a lot.”

When she first got together with Tyga: “The first year we started hanging out, everyone around him told him not to be with me. I still get comments like, ‘Don’t be with him.’ But we’re not doing it for the public—we love each other. We need to be together at all times. We never get mad at each other, we just figure things out.”

They did take a two-month break this year: “I just needed to see what it was like not being with him. We realized that wasn’t what we wanted.”

Why she got lip injections: “It has been an insecurity of mine all my life…[In middle school] this guy I kissed was like, ‘Your lips are really small but you’re a really good kisser. I didn’t think you were gonna be good at kissing.’ It was so rude. From then on, I just felt like I saw guys staring at my lips. I felt like no one wanted to kiss me.”

Why she lied about the lip injections: “I wasn’t even 17 yet. What if I came out and said, ‘Oh, yeah, I got my lips done’? What are all those moms going to think about me? These kids, my fans, they’re going to think I’m crazy. I didn’t want to be a bad influence. I didn’t want people to think you had to get your lips done to feel good about yourself. But they thought it was crazier that I was lying about it because it was so obvious. I wish I had just been honest and upfront.”

She went overboard with the lip injections in the beginning: “When you first get them done, you’re like, ‘Oh, it could be a little bit bigger on that side.’ I’d go back and be like, ‘They went down’ and think they could be bigger. But I went too far. It was very painful.”

She insists that she’s only getting her lips done & nothing else: “It’s annoying to hear every day that you’re just this fake, plastic person when you’re not. Every single day there was a news story about me.”

[From Complex]

I would love for a professional psychiatrist to do an analysis of what’s really going on between Kylie and Tyga. Because it feels like the description of an episode of Law & Order: SVU. Like, Kylie was just 15 or 16 years old when Tyga started showing an interest. He was with Blac Chyna and they had a child together. People were telling Tyga to not to be with Kylie because A) Kylie was underage and B) he was with Blac Chyna. But to Kylie – who sounds like a groomed victim – it’s all some sort of inspirational fairy tale about true love winning out despite all of the (COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED) criticism.

As for her explanation as to why she lied her plastic face off about the lip injections… God, this Sad Doll is so dumb. She’s also still lying about the other stuff she’s had done.

Mila Kunis’ Casual Maternity Style

An expectant Mila Kunis stepped out on Tuesday (October 11).

Keeping it casual in sweats, a black top and khaki coat, the Bad Moms star, 33, was photographed running some errands in Studio City, Calif.

Last month, we spotted the Jupiter Ascending star and her 2-year-old daughter Wyatt heading to preschool in L.A.

Proud papa Ashton Kutcher recently revealed their daughter has a potty mouth.

“I’m getting ready in the morning and Mila’s like, ‘Oh, Ricky peed in the stairwell.’ I’m like, ‘F–k, Ricky!’” he recalled. “I’m walking and my daughter’s right behind me, and all of a sudden I just hear, ‘F–k, Ricky!’ I’m like, ‘No, no, no! Papa didn’t say that. Papa said fox! Papa said fox! Ricky’s like a wily fox.’” But later, Kutcher overheard her say, “F–k, Ricky!” again. “I think I’ve got her convinced that it’s ‘fox’ now,” he shared. “I’m pretty sure she thinks its ‘fox.’”

The actor, 38, went on to reveal that they’re having a boy — who is “eight weeks away.”

“I was hoping for a girl—because first of all, our first girl is unbelievable—but also I figured if we had a girl second she might give me one more shot to have a boy,” Kutcher said. “Now I don’t know. It’s even money! She might cut me off. I want like 12 of them. I don’t know. We haven’t discussed it yet. We’re not into it, and so this isn’t a tabloid argument at all. We’re very excited and very happy.”

I only visit Media Takeout once in a while. I especially like their Beyonce conspiracies, but anyone who takes Media Takeout as gospel needs to review their relationship with celebrity gossip in general. Because I haven’t visited Media Takeout in so long, I had no idea that they were peddling some “theories” about Kim Kardashian’s robbery in Paris last week. Kim was held by armed gunmen in the early morning hours last Monday (October 3). She thought she was going to die. She thought she was going to be raped. In the end, the armed assailants tied her up and stole millions of dollars’ worth of jewelry, then left the scene of the crime by bicycle. Within minutes/hours of the story of Kim’s robbery going public, some people began to question it and conspiracy-theory it. People couldn’t believe that Kim was the victim. She had to be behind it, they claimed. And Media Takeout spread those theories. And so now Kim is suing Media Takeout.

Kim Kardashian’s calling out a media outlet … Tom Cruise style … suing for published stories that accuse her of lying about the whole Paris robbery. Kim just filed a federal lawsuit against MediaTakeOut.com for 3 posts about her ordeal … one of which alleged there was evidence Kim “staged” the robbery. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kim says the site used random people off social media as its sources.

The site also posted a story about “French authorities” suspecting Kim had actually “let the robbers in” the apartment. The final indignity, according to the suit by her lawyers Marty Singer and Andrew Brettler, was a post about Kim’s insurance claim. She says MediaTakeOut reported, “If she faked the robbery … she just committed a FEDERAL CRIME.”

Kim says she immediately sicced her legal team on the site … demanding they retract the posts and apologize, but got no response. So now, she’ll see ‘em in court. MediaTakeOut had no comment.

[From TMZ]

I never really thought Kim would be the kind of person to sue media outlets when she gets unfavorable coverage, although I think this is a particularly unique situation for her. This isn’t “oh, she looks like sh-t in that dress.” She’s not suing over something stupid like that. She’s suing over very specific claims that she committed some kind of crime by “staging” a robbery that became something of an international incident, a robbery that by all accounts has left her traumatized and profoundly shaken. There are legal implications to the false reporting, so I think that’s why Kim is choosing to sue. It’s not about the money – and she probably won’t get much money, let’s be real – it’s about what really happened to her.

Bethenny Frankel at National Geographic's Years Of Living Dangerously Season 2 world Premiere

This spring, Bethenny Frankel was a guest speaker at a conference for women entrepreneurs. Several attendees claimed that Bethenny told the women of color in the audience that they should get a white male spokesperson for their business. Bethenny denies saying this, however the company that held the conference apologized on her behalf without getting into the specifics of what was said. We know that Bethenny has complained about store employees speaking Spanish, and we know that she’s a Trump supporter (although she hasn’t weighed on his p-ssy grabbing comments), so it’s entirely believable that she would say that. That’s what came to mind when I read her latest comments about how she doesn’t see gender.

On being the only woman in a boardroom: “I truly don’t see gender. I don’t think about it. Being in a boardroom with all men and one woman doesn’t really phase me. And I think women going into business should put the question of gender out of their minds. Good ideas are heard, passion and drive and hard work are rare, no matter who you are.”

On making sacrifices for business: “Women need to have a real understanding of how much work it takes to start a business before they dive in….Having a daughter means that if there’s a school play or if my daughter is sick, then I’m home with her. The last time my daughter was sick, I stayed home and canceled everything, and the one meeting I had was here at the house. But I’ve earned that right and flexibility because of where I am now. In the beginning, that wouldn’t have been possible.”

[From Motto.Time.com]

This reminds me of a clueless white person saying “I don’t see color.” Don’t get me wrong, I’m a clueless white person but I know that I see color and I’m trying to become more aware of that and be more open to learning instead of denying it entirely. Gender bias definitely exists, the wage gap exists, and women fight against it every day. Does she not see the problem when she’s in a boardroom and she’s the only woman? It’s like Bethenny is saying sexism doesn’t exist because she doesn’t think if affects her and she refuses to acknowledge her own bias. Also, while Bethenny may say she doesn’t see gender, she did tell women of color to get a white male spokesperson for their businesses, which would suggest she sees and notices both color and gender in her business dealings. I guess she’s talking about not putting limitations on herself by refusing to see gender, but that doesn’t seem to apply to other people.

Also, this is how she denied that incident, by saying that women have to be better than men. So if she doesn’t see gender, how does that work exactly?

Someone wanting fame vs working hard. My brand is “practical solutions for women,” my mantra”be better than the men” https://t.co/jwxSUAuNhR

— Bethenny Frankel (@Bethenny) April 15, 2016

I don’t care what color or sex you are. The key to success is not bottom feeding just good old hard work, passion & drive.

Here are some more photos of the Duchess of Cambridge in the Netherlands yesterday. She just did a day trip, knocking out four different events in one day and flying back to Britain on a regular commercial flight. Considering how much the Cambridges love their private planes and taxpayer-funded helicopter rides, I’m sure the fact that Kate had to fly commercial to and from the Netherlands must hurt a little bit. It must also hurt that Kate had one of the Queen’s handlers with her for the trip. The Queen’s Private Secretary Sir Christopher Geidt was along for the trip, and that goes a long way towards explaining why Kate wore a pencil skirt instead of a flouncy skirt with no hem-weights and why Kate wore her hair back: the Queen was spying on Kate and Geidt was reporting back to the Queen on every hair toss and flash.

I’m sure Sir Christopher Geidt was also there to keep an eye on one of the Queen’s favorite pair of earrings. You see, Kate borrowed the Queen’s diamond-and-pearl drop earrings for the Netherlands trip. Doesn’t Kate have her own pearl earrings, one might wonder? Yes, she does. But those earrings aren’t the Queen’s earrings. And Kate – ever mindful of the photo-op – wanted to wear earrings to “match” the famous Johannes Vermeer painting, Girl with a Pearl Earring. Kate made sure to stop by the painting specifically and waited for photographers to get the shot at the Mauritshuis museum.

Embed from Getty Images

According to the Telegraph, Kate said it was a “real treat” to see the painting in person and while Kate didn’t mention her borrowed earrings, she did specifically ask about the Colin Firth-Scarlett Johansson film and if the painting is more popular because of it. Kate was also particularly keen to see The Goldfinch, which makes me wonder if Kate has managed to get through the Donna Tartt novel (I have not been able to, so it would impress me if Kate was able to).

What else? No one will say if Kate discussed Brexit with anyone in the Netherlands, but I think it’s a pretty good bet that she did not, probably because… she doesn’t really care? I mean, does she care? Eh. She also spent time on a walkabout, and she shook a lot of hands but she “declined requests for selfies.”

The helmet hair, my God.

FFN_SGP_The_Young_Pope_Party_100916_52198928

Here are some photos from this past weekend’s Rome premiere and premiere-party for The Young Pope, the new ITV series starring Jude Law as a terrible young fictional pope. The story is supposed to be like House of Cards-goes-to-the-Vatican, wherein everyone loves the handsome young pope but it turns out he holds the same terrible, arch-conservative ideas as everybody else in the Vatican. To promote the series, Jude gave a really interesting interview to the Telegraph, which you can read here. He chats about the role, filming in Italy, the paparazzi and more. The best section is where he’s talking about Brexit, I think. Some highlights:

The Vatican approves of this series: “It isn’t trying to shock. It would be more shocking if Lenny was having rent boys up to the Vatican and smoking pot. But he’s not. He’s a conservative. In fact, he’s a prude. He’s homophobic, he’s anti-divorce, he’s anti-abortion and all those things are in the scriptures. He’s standing up for things we know are questionable within the rules. It’s more about a man trying to rein in and understand his own crisis of faith.”

His own religious beliefs: ‘I went through this phase, I remember, sort of dipping into Buddhism and spirituality, if you know what I mean. But it’s very interesting, our relationship with the Church, even if you’re not religious. One aspect of it that I really took away from this experience was its theatricality. It’s like the birthplace of theatre, with its love of costumes and scriptures and lights and sets.’

Conservative faith anywhere is terrifying: ‘There is something terrifying about conservative faith, as we all know, as we are all experiencing and seeing. I think it’s important not to lose our heads. But at the same time, it’s certainly moving in a direction that I find distasteful and uncomfortable. Anything that divides as opposed to bringing us together is worrying.”

How he feels post-Brexit: “I had a couple of weeks of serious depression post-Brexit, if I’m honest. I was stunned that I clearly lived somewhere where I didn’t know what half the population felt. And initially, there was a sense of anger at that, then I thought: “This is actually a sad situation, this is something we have to do something about.” How do we understand and reshape this country? How do we move forward? If it becomes an “us and them” situation, it will only underline the problems we already have. I had to reflect on the fact that the country felt so divided, more of a sense of, “Good Lord!” I don’t think anyone saw it coming and it felt suddenly like I was alienated in my own country. I didn’t understand what the country was obviously feeling and going through, that it was in such an extreme state, and that upset me. I think being British is something I’ve always held dear. Certainly being a Londoner. I’m not a great patriot, but I’m certainly someone who feels English out there on the international market. And it just left me feeling confused, I suppose. Separated somehow.’

Whether he thinks of leaving Britain: ‘Yeah, that’s always flashing through my brain. But I never have. In my early 30s, late 20s, when my marriage and my family were very young, I remember discussing uprooting and going travelling. We always get a bit disgruntled about where we live for a while, but then in reality, where would I go? Maybe in the next 20 or 30 years I’ll find somewhere. At the moment, I’m thinking of moving out of London rather than out of Great Britain. We’ll see; it’s not going to happen at the moment. The kids are still at school.’

[From The Telegraph]

It’s interesting how the Brexit debacle has mimicked the Donald Trump phenomenon in America. I think most of us understood that when we elected Barack Obama in 2008, of course there was going to be a backlash because that’s the political/social reality. But who among us could have predicted that the backlash to eight years of a moderate-progressive Democratic presidency would be the unhinged monster Donald Trump? That’s what moderate-progressive people feel in Britain about Brexit: “do I even know my own country?” and “I thought we were better than this as a nation.”

Also: I will give Jude $10 if he stops wearing drop-crotch parachute pants.

When you think of George Clooney, where do you think of him? I think of him as Mr. Hollywood, Mr. Los Angeles, and then secondarily I think of him at Lake Como, Italy. I’ve never really associated him with New York, because I think he’s only lived in New York a few months at a time for work. But his wife has lived in New York – before they ever met, Amal lived and worked in New York for a year or two, I think. She has good friends in New York, she has a lot of job opportunities there (teaching and working at the United Nations) and she seems to be more of a New York/London person. So, long story short, I guess George and Amal are moving to New York?

George Clooney and wife Amal have bought permanent digs in New York — sources exclusively tell Page Six — at luxury apartment building One Hundred East Fifty Third Street. The skyscraper from developer Aby Rosen and starchitect Norman Foster’s Foster + Partners is expected to be completed next year.

A source told us, “The high-profile couple did not purchase the penthouse, but instead opted for a high-floor residence in the upcoming building.” The two-floor penthouse in the condo building, with 94 units, is going for $65 million.

Among active listings at the building, the next highest-floor apartment for sale is a 49th floor, 3,385-square-foot, full-floor apartment for $14.75 million — which includes three bedrooms and 3?¹/? bathrooms, direct elevator access, “a grand entry gallery” and a “spacious great room with dramatic northern, western and eastern exposures” with “floor-to-ceiling windows and nearly 11-foot ceilings.” That unit also includes a “private corner master bedroom suite with southern and eastern exposures .?.?. with a grand dressing room and a tranquil five-fixture en suite bathroom with sweeping city views.” Apartments at the building start at $2.6 million.

A source said the couple opted for the building because of its design and amenities, and because it is close to the United Nations for Amal, a renowned human-rights lawyer, who is also teaching at Columbia Law School.

French chef Joël Robuchon is occupying the first two levels of the building with a gourmet marketplace and a fine-dining restaurant. The building also includes “hotel-like amenities,” including “a wellness facility, 60-foot sunlit swimming pool, sauna and steam room, yoga and pilates rooms” and a library.

Clooney — who usually stays at the Carlyle when he’s in town — and his pal and partner in Casamigos Tequila, Rande Gerber, sold their twin Mexican villas this year. Clooney also owns a Studio City, Calif., home, a Lake Como, Italy, retreat and a 17th-century mansion in England with Amal. A rep for Clooney didn’t get back to us.

[From Page Six]

If that read as an advertisement for the building, that’s because it probably was. Doesn’t mean it’s true… or false. I would be willing to bet that George and Amal do want a place in New York, mostly for her work, because she doesn’t want to live out of a hotel. But I’m not sure if they’re scooping up a property that sounds hyper-modern – you can see more about the building here. That doesn’t seem like either of their tastes. It sounds like Brad Pitt’s architectural taste. George probably wanted an apartment at one of the historical buildings, like the Dakota. In any case, I bet George will spend as much time at this apartment as he spends in their completely refurbished English mansion. Which is to say, barely any time at all.
