Kylie Jenner is enjoying her newest role as a mother. The Kylie Cosmetics mogul is in the Halloween spirit full force thanks to her cutie Stormi.

Kylie and boyfriend Travis Scott took their daughter out for her first pumpkin patch outing last week. The 21-year-old lip kit queen shared with her social media following via Instagram an adorable photo of 8-month-old Stormi sitting surrounded by pumpkins. “First pumpkin patch,” Jenner wrote alongside the photo.

Kylie Jenner also shared a second photo from the day’s pumpkin adventure of she and beau Scott bending over giving their baby girl a smooch on her cheeks posing in a multi-level hay backdrop.

The couple enjoyed watching Stormi feeding baby goats with her mama’s help. Jenner also posted a sweet father-daughter moment of Travis carrying his daughter on his shoulders while walking around corn fields.

But the Halloween fun didn’t stop there. Jenner later posted a pic of her mother-daughter matching skeleton onesies she dressed the both of them in. In the picture, the social media queen is holding her daughter while sitting on the couch. You can see in the shot Kylie is in the Halloween spirit with Halloween decorations displayed around her house. She captioned the post, “Girls Halloween Dinner.”

And not so fast, don’t think that was Stormi’s only costume for the frightful day. The reality star went for round two of matching mom and daughter costumes on Monday. Jenner dressed herself and Stormi up in coordinating butterfly costumes. A sweet tribute to Stormi’s father hit single “Butterfly Effect.”

The famous reality star mama styled her hair in a short brown bob while wearing a pink bodysuit and butterfly wings. Stormi looked precious as ever dressed in a pink silk onesie with her own set of mini wings on her back. The adorable tot had her hair in a topknot tied with a small butterfly for an extra added touch.

Stormi’s first Halloween is definitely one for the books!

On Sunday, Priyanka Chopra had a big bridal shower AT Tiffany’s in New York. Many of her girlfriends were there to celebrate, including Lupita Nyong’o and Kelly Ripa. People Magazine made a big deal about how Nick Jonas wasn’t there, and while I do think that’s notable, I also think… it’s quite common for the soon-to-be groom to miss the BRIDAL shower. The bridal shower is mostly about the bride and her friends. Priyanka posted photos on her Instagram, and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if this was some kind of sponcon for Tiffany’s.

The bridal shower is just a reminder that Priyanka and Nick really are going through with this wedding, even though some of us are still “?????” about them as a couple. Reportedly, their wedding will be in December, in India. Priyanka attended another event last night, and she was asked about what makes her relationship with Nick work, and how she knew he was The One. Her answer was… interesting.

“Truly this is what worked for me, he has to be someone who respects you. By that, I don’t mean makes coffee for you, not that. But someone who respects the hard work you put into your life. Who respects that if his work is important, so is yours. Or if he makes choices that are important to him, so is your opinion. That’s respect, and that’s incredible to have. Then everything is so easy because you give each other credit for your intelligence, you give each other the benefit of the doubt because you trust each other. There’s so much that comes out of that. I think don’t settle for less than that.”

I agree that no one should ever marry a guy who doesn’t respect your work, your job, your choices and your opinions. I also think Nick is that guy – he obviously worships Priyanka and respects her as a working woman. But I’m still left with a general feeling of “????”

Jamie Lee Curtis has some new sounding quotes in an article with Bang Showbiz. It’s one of those dubiously sourced UK pieces, but I think they’re quoting her interview with Notebook Magazine, which is the supplement to the Sunday Mirror. She’s clearly referring to the liar-in-chief when she’s asked about what she finds the scariest. She says liars and gaslighters basically, and explains that there are people who just believe whatever they say. I agree wholeheartedly.

Halloween was top at the box office on its second weekend. I saw it last Sunday, the 21st. My small local theater was packed for the matinee and people really enjoyed it. I think Halloween works because it’s a tight horror film with great writing and strong characters. It has that in common with A Quiet Place in that it’s under two hours, it has solid character development and is genuinely scary. There are moments that require that you suspend disbelief but it doesn’t overreach or get too complicated. Hopefully this means we’re getting more horror films at the box office. Anyway here’s what Jamie told Notebook:

All of this. You have 45 saying one thing one day and then claiming the opposite the next even though it’s on tape. He’s done this in the course of a single interview and yet somehow the press isn’t calling it what it is. There are no two equally weighted sides to the truth and a lie. There’s definitely good and evil though, just as there will be people who refuse to acknowledge that while aligning with their own self interests. Fingers crossed that this epic battle we’re fighting in the US is close to settled in a week. Maybe that’s another reason so many of us are seeing Halloween. We really want to see an older woman kick the boogeyman’s ass.
